Easy to navigate the website and buy the insurance, which was a very competitive price.
However, setting up my account was not so easy. I had to request the verification code at least four times before it eventually came through which I found very frustrating and time consuming. Sending a message via the chat option did not answer my question.

Vehicle insurance for new ix1
I called the AA regarding insurance for a new vehicle, as it was not possible online due to the registration not being complete, so no registration number showing on the DVLA site. The AA representative was efficient and courteous.

Good price and easy access to site
The price was very acceptable and below my present insurers quote for the coming year.
Clear web site, so easy to follow and quick quote obtained. Good service so far, only just over 12 months to prove it, but I am confident.
