Not what I expected
Can’t fault the AA’s part in the handling of my claim.
But, the distance and working hours of their authorised repairer and the car rental company’s call handlers, along with crossed communication, has resulted in a poor experience and low rating.

Long wait times to speak to anyone
Long wait times to speak to anyone. Customer service good when finally through to a call handler.
Information was easy to understand and concise.
Courtesy car was less good and needs to be looked at to see which partners might offer a better service.
