so far so great , i got payouts and the support was helpful and the accounts fees are pretty low and competitive , best spreads aswell in prop firm market

I paid for a 150k futures account and my money was debited from my card. For 3 days now no account issued, no acknowledgment of payment. The most frustrating part is the support team that were so slow. I got a message from the trader support agent named Godwill to send the screenshot of payment and since then no response. Pls refund my money or issue the product I paid for. I rated 5ers and have been can versing for them but with this I don’t know…. . Pls do the needful as soon as possible.

Great so far, uncomplicated, quick at responding, good tools and platforms. Will try to update if I make a first payout!

I never thought I’d be writing a review like this, but after trying to resolve this privately for over 16 days, I feel it’s important to share my experience.

I purchased a $150k Futures account, successfully passed the evaluation, and made approximately $9,000 in profit on my funded account while maintaining the required consistency. I had already met the payout requirements, with only the mandatory waiting period remaining before I could request my payout.

Then a technical issue on 5ers’ side completely disrupted my account.

My trades were executed correctly on BlackArrow, but the 5ers dashboard incorrectly displayed my 50-contract trades as 100-contract trades, doubling my profit to nearly $18,000. This incorrect profit automatically triggered an account scale-up that should never have happened.

I reported the issue immediately on 13 July.

Since then, I’ve received multiple apologies and repeated assurances that the issue was marked as urgent and being treated as a priority. I was repeatedly told I would receive an update within 24 hours, by 5 PM GMT, or “today.” None of those timelines were met.

Management later proposed creating a new funded account and transferring my recognized trading profit to it. They specifically asked for my confirmation before proceeding. Before confirming, I asked three important questions regarding my payout eligibility.

Those questions were never answered.

Despite asking for my confirmation, they created the new funded account anyway without answering my questions.

To make matters worse, the new account was not configured as promised, as my recognized trading profit was not transferred.

Even more frustrating, I received an email stating that my dashboard issue had been resolved. I logged in immediately, only to find that nothing had changed.

After more than 16 days, I am still waiting for:

* Clarification regarding my payout eligibility.
* Transfer of my recognized trading profit.
* A complete resolution to a technical issue that 5ers has already acknowledged originated on their side.

My frustration is not with the support agents themselves—they have been polite and have acknowledged the issue. My frustration is with the way this case has been handled. I’ve received repeated promises of updates, but very little meaningful communication from the technical team.

I genuinely hope 5ers resolves this properly because this experience has significantly affected my confidence in their support process.

They can't handle issues. The issues part of your lossing they don't refund and even when you purchase they toke more than the challenge in the debit card.

Pathetic support. Their own system and support staff say different things. There are only standard answers for questions and now I am stressed about the fact that if the same issues come in funded then what is the point of even making a profit since they can easily deny making up some wrong storyline.
