First order came, but then they have recurring orders that never delivered AND I never signed up for it and any emails to customer service go unanswered. Total scam!

ORDERED THE DUCK BUT NEVER RECEIVED IT AFTER MANY MONTHS. WASTE OF MONEY!!!

I purchase these for my dogs because they eat through everything and I was told they were indestructible. I have had them for less than 24 hours and I already have two out of four ducks that have been destroyed, and the dogs have almost choked on the little pieces that are inside Do not buy from this company the Customer Service is Terrible and has not gotten back to me in over two days. Purchased a calming duck for my dog that was destroyed in one day. Apparently the order is in auto refill yes auto refill of a dog toy. They claim you can cancel on line but you can not and they have sent me more calming ducks. This company is a joke

I also fell for the SCAM on Facebook for a BOGO Calming Duck - $44.00. I looked around and this company (The Pet Paradise) made it look like they were within the USA). I felt comfortable enough to place an order the same day and received my shipping confirmation order. On their website when you order the shipping policy says “The Pet Paradise is committed to shipping all orders quickly. We usually take 1-2 business days to prepare and ship your order. Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking code. Shipping can take approximately 3 to 7 business days.” They made it look like they were shipping from within the USA. Days later I looked online and saw the charge was pushed through in in the details it said HONG KONG. Wrote to them and to appease me they sent me a YunExpress Tracking number yet NEVER mailed the items. Even to this day when you check the tracking it only has the tracking number! I looked and noticed that the FAKE vendor removed all their social media accounts and knew I had been scammed. Contacted my credit card and reports it and after 2-1/2 months they sided with the scam artist! I’m absolutely sickened by this!

I fell for it off of a facebook post. The calming duck toy - $50.00 gone just like that. Not one word back from the bums via their customer service link. Nothing - no product just lost money. What a JOKE! Do NOT give these clowns your money. They are thieves.

I ordered the duck and the upgrade over a month ago and the items still haven’t arrived whilst the tracking number offered can’t be found.

I have sent multiple emails and have received no response, again please stay away from this company.

I think this company is a fraud. I have not received my products or any response to emails regarding my order. Don’t order from them!

I ordered a duck June 19th and can get no response from this company. Yun expess has no updates. This isn't coming up on Shop either. Very poor customer service. I sent 3 emails with no response from company.

This company is a fraud, I ordered a calming duck March 19, 2025 30days later I still have not received my order and sent multiple emails and got no response.

WARNING....This company does not communicate or advertise their product as shown. I ordered 2 Calming Ducks expecting them to be the size as shown in their picture. Upon placing the order, I was asked if I wanted their LARGE SIZE, which I thought I was already getting. Had to pay $25 more to upgrade...had no choice. They charged my credit card the next day and I NEVER heard from them again after trying to contact them NUMEROUS times by email (the only way you can communicate). Contacted my credit card company 11 days later and THANKFULLY they gave me a provisional credit.

I ordered 2 of the calming ducks over 3 weeks ago. I received a confirmation of my order and they immediately took their money however I have not received my order and have emailed them 3 times without any response as to when I will get my order. I have requested a refund but I am sure that will also be ignored.

This site is a rip off, bought a calming duck from them (and one free) for $106.00 (order No: 5914). These looked a reasonable size and quality and are supposed to quack when the dog plays with it. What I got were 2 ducks that are tiny and no way do they make any noise! They are cheap imitations. I have sent 3 emails to PetParadise with no response at all. No idea how they have 5 star reviews!

My kitten and my cat both seem to really enjoy the pet paradise ducks. My kitten uses it for comfort and snuggling, while my 2 year old cat actually “hunts” and plays with it since she use to be an outdoor cat. Definitely a great product and very well built to withstand any age of cat!

Love this product! It is my dog’s new favorite toy, he immediately goes for this duck before his tennis ball which he has loved since he was a puppy. Great quality and the squeaker sound is brilliant. A must have for any dog/cat

The yellow duck toy I received is so soft and cuddly and extremely well made. The low quacking sound is much nicer than normal squeakers. This is a toy that will last.

My cats really enjoy them, and they seem to be very durable to have for a very long time.

We bought multiple duck toys, the dogs love them. They make a an awesome sound and will be buying more.
