Pefect type of activity for my daughter. Staff seemed really good and she raved about if afterwards.

We had a great time with the Capybara's. Lois was our ranger, she took us for a tour of all the animals first. Explaining about the different animals and answering all our questions. Seeing the parrots dancing to their favourite songs was a highlight. The Capybara’s were much bigger than we thought they would be and so gentle taking their food, not what we imagined. It was a fun uplifting experience and lovely to be with all the animals as well as experience the Capybara’s and tick it off the bucket list. We loved it!

My 9 year old who absolutely loves animals always looks forward to his holiday club sessions at Arc. Rangers are very supportive and the range of animals keep him busy and entertained.

I have recently started bringing both of my daughters to Arc as part of their home education and I have been so impressed by what a lovely, genuinely inclusive space it is. It provides opportunities to interact meaningfully with an array of animals that I think few children (or adults for that matter!) will have the chance to experience in their life. That this is so readily available to children with SEND is a blessing and I feel very grateful to have found it.

My daughter thoroughly enjoys going to the ARC centre. The lessons she’s learned about caring for and respecting animals is wonderful.

My son loves this place! Ranger Ben (who runs the sessions my son attends) is so lovely, very considerate and caring towards the kids, so are all the staff but my sons experience is main with Ben!. He is very informative and knowledgeable my son always comes home with new fun facts and fantastic new experiences. The animals are well cared for and the environment is very welcoming, kind & inclusive.

Our daughters have been rangers at the ARC Centre since it first opened, and it’s been an incredible part of their childhood.

The staff are amazing, passionate, friendly, and truly care about both the animals and the kids. They create a very warm atmosphere that allows children to thrive.

Our girls have learnt so much about responsibility, empathy, and animal care, all while having fun.

They always come home full of excitement and confidence, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the encouragement and support they’ve been given to help grow their independence.

Highly recommend to any parent looking for something unique, educational, and inspiring!

Can’t fault the knowledge and passion of all the staff who work there and the well-being of the animals in their care.

Really fantastic visit. The tour was fantastic and very informative.
The time with the capybaras was great they were very friendly and one rolled over for Amelia to rub its belly.

A fantastic 2h! The ranger who took us around was full an interesting fact and so passionate about their job. Highly recommend! My 3 year absolutely loves it. We’ll be going back.

Everyone at the Arc Center is friendly, patient and understanding towards the children’s needs. I love that my boy, who has ADHD is able to look after the animals and build friendships.

We didn't go as my son was really unwell. I rang at 8am to advise that we were unable to go and whilst we were thanked for letting them know, they were unwilling to allow us to change for another day. They said we needed to give 24hrs notice, which is difficult when your child only started vomiting 12 hours earlier.
It was really disappointing and £50 in the bin. Given that it's a child friendly attraction, they should be more accommodating.

All the staff are amazing including our guide. They are very Autism Friendly, very patient also. My daughter came to see the Cappybara's and enjoyed her experience there. We'll be returning very soon.

Knowledgable staff, super friendly. Both my sons have been to animal rangers and holiday club and have thoroughly enjoyed both.

We enjoyed looking round the rest of the centre too and my daughter now wants to come regularly.

Lovely to see kids there in a regular weekly group getting so involved with the animals and mucky in the outdoors!
