Excellent service for removal of wax…
Excellent service for removal of wax from both ears
Given a preliminary hearing test and was to follow up with a full hearing test, how ever after researching this company the hearing aids they sell are extremely expensive/ overpriced.
Hence I cancelled the full test

Very professional.
I had an appointment today with Grichma for a hearing test. She was so professional and thorough. She spent time explaining everything to me and helped me to understand the results from the test. I would certainly recommend the HCP and Grichma.

Professional and friendly service
Professional and friendly service. Free hearing check and very fast service if hearing aids are needed. This was my first time having hearing aids and I was nervous about using them. But everything was explained perfectly and now it’s like a whole new world of sound!

Very happy customer
I was really happy with the service I received. From struggling with my hearing for many years, it was a lovely experience to work with someone who was extremely professional, who understood my needs and corrected my hearing; something I thought that was unobtainable - all done with a smile too which was a bonus!

My 93 year old mother is a recent…
My 93 year old mother is a recent patient of Grichma Trambaclal of the Hearing Care Partnership based in Glenfield, Leicester.
Grichma is very caring and thorough and makes each visit an enjoyable experience. Nothing is too much trouble, her advice is very clear and the hearing aids supplied have improved my mothers hearing enormously.
We are very happy with the service provided.
