This is clearly someone using generic AI software and rushing through lots of people’s profiles with little care and attention.
I received my analysis which was completely wrong for my winter colouring. They gave me warm Amber hair and warm make up and then gaslit me telling me that I’m a winter and I’m just not used to seeing myself that way. You can’t make it up.

Also, my first mock up was clearly AI and it made my jawline and cheekbones wider when I requested no surgical changes. TGC denied doing this and told me I was wrong. I layered my original image over the new on in photoshop and the difference was insane. Yet I was told I was incorrect.

Look, I’ll be really honest - this probably is someone with experience using AI programs to mock people up. Fine. But what I’m so disappointed with is that the service was not tailored to me, and when I called it out they tried to make me the problem with copy and paste generic paragraph responses (most likely AI also).
TGC did revise my image for a second time and surprise surprise my face was not augmented! But the colour was wrong - I have the palest white skin and dark features yet she chose warm colours. When I highlighted this, she then tried to gaslight me. This is not professional. She denied me a refund. I cannot use this recommendation as it is not suitable for my colouring.

Anyone can do this with AI but I wanted to pay for a professional with experience. This is not what I got. Money down the drain.

I recently had an online colour, face and Kibbe body analysis with That Girl Concept and it has genuinely been such a good decision ✨

I knew my colouring had shifted with age. As hair greys and skin softens, something that used to work just… wasn’t. I was dyeing my hair darker and darker, using sprays for thinning bits, buying make up that never quite looked cohesive, and still feeling a bit flat 😅

Being analysed as a Soft Summer and advised to go lighter, even blonde, completely shocked me at first. I did wonder whether to trust the process because I'd seen so many of the posts around "blond blindness" and I didn't want to fall into that trap.

After just one lightening session, I can already see the difference. The softer shade blends so much more easily with my grey and lifts my whole face. I look fresher, gentler, more harmonious. The make up recommendations have been brilliant too. No more frumpy mum energy. I see someone polished, glowing and pulled together 🪞✨

The Kibbe body analysis has given me a new lens as well. I have not fully leaned into it yet, but I am experimenting more intentionally with shapes and fabrics. I love a Vinted scroll and adore second hand finds ♻️ but actually, being clear on my body shape and best colours means fewer impulse buys and more thoughtful staples. I am buying less, but better. And that feels grown up in the best way 👗

I have seen some of the negative reviews and honestly cannot relate. My experience was nothing but warm, thoughtful and thorough. I felt listened to and supported throughout 🤍

For me, this has been about alignment rather than reinvention… and that feels really good.

I have struggled for a long time to try and figure out what looks good on me. I’ve been operating under the assumption that I was in a summer color season for a long time but something still just seemed off and disharmonious. For Christmas i decided to treat myself to “that girl” makeover, and im so glad a did. Turns out im a soft autumn! I already started implementing some of the changes outlined in the guide and it feels like finally something has fallen into place. My makeup and clothes seemed to overwhelm me before, and now it feels like I’m wearing them instead of them wearing me. Definitely worth it. As for the service, I purchased the color analysis and expected to receive more written information about my best colors, my skin tone and undertone, and my face shape—more like a detailed guidebook. I also would have appreciated more hair-color options in case I don’t want to lighten my natural color.
I think a short client questionnaire could help identify focal points more easily and be beneficial for both sides.

Fantastic service! She was so helpful in envisioning what would help me look my best! At first, I was unsure about the suggested results as it was different than what I had expected. But you go to her because what you have been doing hasn’t worked! She was also really kind to further explain her vision for me, and it really helped solidify it for me! I haven’t been able to change my hair yet, but I’m working on the makeup and eyebrow tips. Having specific, personalized help was amazing. Really appreciated! I am very happy that I decided to do the consultation. It started with small changes. First I changed my makeup then my hair color and now I am working on my eyebrows. Even though these were small changes they made a very big difference.

What I like the most is that when I wake up I already look better. With this hair color my skin tone looks more even and I look fresher and less tired without much effort. Overall I feel more confident.

I was drawn to thatgirlconcept after seeing all of her before and afters on her Instagram page. Her talented eye for color and facial analysis was incredible to watch. I decided to give her a shot. I had my facial analysis done (would have done the whole package but I am currently pregnant so body shape is off LOL) and man she did not disappoint! She critics in a way that does not leave you feeling ugly in your current state but instead boosts confidence with simple easy to implement changes.
