I was afraid this was a scam as there is no real person shown behind the pretty makeovers, but I've decided to risk it and I don't regret. I bough the whole package: face makeover, body style, colour analysis and that girl concept. I'm very happy with the body style. It really fits me and now I really see why sometimes my outfits looked off. This is definitely very handy when shopping. Same with the face . I've changed my hair style based on it and I'm very happy. I did not agree on colour analysis. The colours that were supposed to be my worst, are actually the ones I get the most complements in. The same time, some of the colours that were supposed to be the best are the ones I always looked so bad when trying on and never even bought in the shop. Some of them were ok, some not. So I've decided to buy a colour analysis done by a professional who specialises only in it to be sure. There was definitely a difference in the photo requirements. Theirs were much more strict. I've sent many photos for the girl concept and my analysis ended up done on the photo not in the window light, plus the chosen photo was with glasses that had tinted lenses. I was actually different colour season. Warm spring, not soft autumn. I can clearly see how much I glow in these colours in comparison of looking washed out in soft autumn. The same time my friend who loved the beauty analysis I've got and bough one herself was diagnosed with 100% righ colour season (it mached what we did with colour wheels at home in the past and all her best colours were there). I think I was just a bit more difficult than her. I would definitely name the photos better if sending them again.

I cannot recommend That Girl Concept enough! My color analysis experience with her was truly exceptional from start to finish. She has such a gift for understanding color, tone, and how the right shades can completely transform the way you look and feel.

I treated myself to a colour analysis for my 40th birthday, and it was one of the best gifts I've given myself. I'd followed this company on social media for a while, so I had high expectations, and I'm delighted to say they completely lived up to them.
Before receiving my guide, I honestly had no idea which colours suited me best. The advice was so insightful and practical, and I'm genuinely excited to start applying it. What stood out most was how personal the whole experience felt. The guide made me feel seen, cared for, and valued as an individual, rather than just another customer.

I got the “That Girl Transformation” package and I truly loved my results, I feel like everything makes sense now, especially why I always gravitated towards certain colors and silhouettes in clothes. 100% recommend!

I followed That Girl Concept on Instagram for months. I waited, saved up, and finally purchased the full package, even though I already knew my color season. What I was looking for was the eye and expertise of a real professional.

Instead, I received three generic templates that looked like they had been generated by ChatGPT in just a few minutes. There was no real analysis, no personality, no human touch, and at the end no consideration for my disappointment.

To make matters worse, the color analysis was incorrect. I later had my color season confirmed by a professional color analyst, and the diagnosis I received from That Girl Concept was simply wrong so all recos also.

This is simply not acceptable. It's like paying for a fine dining experience and being served a frozen microwave meal.

I genuinely feel misled and cannot recommend this service.

I purchased both the “That Girl Transformation” - and later “The Vibe I Saw In Her” guide. From the get-go, That Girl Concept lets you know that guides may take 14-21 days and to email her with a reminder if it passes that time frame, that is the main thing you should be prepared for. I politely followed up both times, and she was always courteous in her responses, with my guide arriving shortly after each time. There is an option to expedite your guide within (I believe) 24 hours with a reasonable surcharge so that’s nice if you’re able to do so. Honestly that was the hardest part of the process, is simply the waiting haha, but it’s all uphill from there. Overall, I enjoyed my experience with TGC. Something I deeply appreciated was that she got back to my every email and answered all of my questions personally with warmth and deliberation, even if it took some back and forth on my end. My favorite part about her service is that she gives CONCRETE, practical examples of what and how to achieve your ideal look, with visuals covering every category, specific makeup recommendations and even what to ask for in the salon word for word. Also, it’s really nice to see someone else’s vision of you, we’ve been ourselves our whole lives and sometimes it’s hard to appreciate or “see” who we are or can be! With TGC there is no “ideal” beauty standard, she looks into the unique features and blueprint you carry, and carefully guides you in creating your distinct archetype step by step. I would recommend getting “The Vibe I Saw” in addition to the TGT package if you’re able to as it provides more insight on your essence and how to harmonize that with your beauty. I’m into things like Kibbe, Kitchener essences, and beauty psychology- and although she doesn’t utilize Kitcheners system- you get a good understanding of how your natural energy and beauty is likely perceived by others as well as within yourself. Not only is it nice to be seen with a fresh pair of eyes, but she actually has a natural eye for what’s extremely flattering and suitable for you. I was challenged with some suggestions that pushed me out of my comfort zone yet felt seen and aligned with at the same time. Unfortunately, not as advertised. You receive sloppy AI generic renderings, WRONG assessments, and absolutely NO revisions in spite of there being a revision policy.

This is supposed to be a premium, personalised service.

I was told I am a "Deep Winter" in seasonal colour analysis. However, in her best mockup of me, I'm wearing warm colours, makeup and hair. When I asked her to please reconsider her analysis because cool tones wash me out, I was met with dismissal. Twice. Even though she practically agrees with me 😂.

Later on ChatGpt was able to rerender the mockups and actually improved on them. For free. This guide is supposed to help you save money on unflattering styling etc. but if i were to follow her actual advice, I would be FARTHER off from where I am now. She basically gave me the opposite advice of what works for me.

Save your money. I put my trust in this person and was really looking forward to feeling beautiful and seen. In the end, I was able to do that for myself. If i can do that, so can you.

I did not lie to get my point across. In three mockups, you gave me cool hair colours. I gave you the feedback that they washed me out. You proceeded to dismiss me AND my lived experience of being not being flattered by cool colours. You offer up to TWO revisions on your website.

I requested these. Twice.

Your best mock up transformation of me, featured me in a warm pink blouse, which is supposedly my worst colour according to your own analysis. However, it looked very harmonious on me.

My hair colour there had a muted warm brown tint as well. This is important to note, because it goes against your own advice of what flatters Deep Winter best according to you.

All you had to do was just revise your mockups as requested and as per your own policy. You stand for customer satisfaction, and I really wanted YOUR expertise. I loved your Instagram posts.

You CAN be wrong about colour season and Kibbe recommendation. That is not only a matter of opinion. If it was only a matter of opinion, why do certain skin tones objectively look better in harmonious colours? Isn't the whole point to find what objectively works best for someone?

I was not unhappy with everything you told me, as I said in my emails to you. But I have felt unheard and dismissed. For such a premium service, and the €170 I paid, I find it very lacking that you were not willing to seek a solution or provided any revisions.

I was so excited to receive my colour analysis and was analysed as a soft summer. Straight away I went oit and bought lots of peices in that colour palette but they just didn't look right. I went back with additional pictures and stated that I thought I was warm toned, to again be confirmed as a soft summer. I love soft summer colours, so i wish I was one...but I am WARM! I have since done an in person and a different online analysis and both came out as spring (soft spring). In person, within seconds we saw that i was warm - cool colours made my lips blue and my dark circles even darker! Not only was the soft summer incorrect, but i also wouldn't say that the report is of good value - the makeup i was put in didn't match the suggested make up (it was quite overdone, not very everyday or natural) neither did the hair. The other online service i have since used shows the process used to get to the soft spring, has really large swatches and was just so much more informative.

I have since gone back to that girl concept to let them know that I am indeed warm, as confirmed by other colour analysis professionals but haven't received a response.

EDIT: I was happy to believe i was a soft summer - i live the colours - this is definitely not a 'the client thinks they're warm so refuses to believe anything else'. My trust was lacking due to the inconsistencies in the report and also vs what you advertise online. Your website shows the before and the digital transformation with the person in their pallete, including clothing. In mine I was still wearing a black top and I was told that the report shows my colour analysis so you didn't need to edit the photo. The hair colour suggested for me was creme de la creme, yet the digital edit showed my hair but slightly lighter (my warm, golden hair). A wolf cut was suggested for me yet the edit was not a wolf cut, etc etc. You advertise the package as being able to see how you'd look if implementing the suggested changes, and being able to ask a hair dresser exactly what you suggest, and yet the suggested changes weren't actually shown in the image. You then said that the hair cut in the image was a more realistic version. The report was therefore not clear as to what you were suggesting. The kibbe body type also had minimal information, basically just saying round edges, no information on specific jean cuts, necklines etc.

Further, if you showed some of your analysis, eg a sample of swatches against the face, the client would be able to see and understand, but this is not present.

After following her on Instagram and seeing her work, I decided to send her my photos and purchase one of her services. I absolutely loved it! I’ve already started making changes to my makeup, and I can already see a significant improvement in my appearance. I’m so grateful and I recommend her 100%!!!

I recently received 'The Vibe I Saw in Her' guide and I couldn't be happier with the experience. For the money, the guide was incredibly thoughtful, and tailored specifically to me. I love that it focuses on how to enhance natural beauty rather than completely changing your appearance.

I'm freshly postpartum and felt especially lost on how to make myself feel pretty again. Prior to pregnancy I had been dressing more in Winter colours and actually it seems like I'm a summer! And I actually really like the romantic, feminine aesthetic outlined. The recommendations for hair, makeup, colours, clothing, and overall styling were included and easy to understand.

The guide has given me a clear vision for refining my personal style and has given me hope that I'll get my pink back sooner rather than later!

I cannot believe I've gone this long wearing the wrong color palette! I've always dressed in autumn colors, and now I find out I'm actually a Cool Summer. I wore a shirt in my recommended color palette today and received so many compliments!

I could rave about the detail, personalization, and bringing out my best features, but I wanted to mention the girl behind the curtain. She was very reassuring and helpful when I got results that were previously out of my comfort zone. I am new to trying to be more feminine and she explained her reasoning to me, which helped tremendously. She responded quickly and I would definitely trust her with any advice as a beginner. May be a long review, but if you're looking for a genuine experience and whether you should purchase guides, then make sure you read this!

Let's start with the positives. I ordered a Facial Analysis guide as well as The Vibe I Saw in You guide from That Girl Concept.

Facial Analysis positives: she nailed my season, face shape, and I love the hair color and hair style recommendations. I plan on dying my hair the color she recommended in this guide in a few months.

Vibe I saw positives: The start of the guide felt SPOT ON as far as aesthetic keywords and the digital makeover she gave me was lovely.

Now on to the negatives (keep in mind I am cooler toned soft summer)

Unfortunately, the two guides completely contradicted each other.

Facial analysis: kind of conflicting information here and there, maybe typos. Stated I could wear gold jewelry and some of the photo edits changed my face quite a bit where I felt like it didn't look like me, and I showed family and friends who also agreed it didn't look like me in the face.

Vibe guide: The beginning of the guide gave me cooler tones and a spot on aesthetic, but as I scrolled down, it changed into "warm honey highlights" being recommended and with photos of very warm toned women with dark warm makeup, which I felt was pretty off when compared to what she recommended at the start. When I emailed for clarification because I was confused about which direction to take, she admitted that the warm hair colors would actually "not be as naturally flattering" and told me to just ignore those parts of the guide and focus on the "mood" instead.

I added this guide because I love what she shows on Instagram for women and felt like the coloring and vibe is spot on for the people she posts about. I felt like maybe the first part of my guide was super personalized and then the second half was either thrown together or leftover from a previous client's template? There were literally phrases that stated (under "These are the hair, makeup, brows and finishing touches that
bring out your natural beauty and create your signature look."), "Dark honey highlights or brunette dimensional", for lips: "deep brown tones". And under "How to achieve this look", "Opt for a dimensional colour (warm brunette) with subtle highlights to create depth."

Also to add, I asked if she'd be willing to give me an updated guide since there were several mistakes. I wrote, "Since we now know that my natural coloring is definitively cool and muted, would it be possible to get an updated version of "The Vibe I Saw in Her" guide?" But she didn't send me an updated one, and I then asked at least for maybe some celebs who give the same vibe that I'm looking for so I could at least figure it out on my own, but didn't receive a response.

She was very responsive in the beginning and respectful in response to my disappointments/confusion. I just wish I felt like I got my money's worth.

I was skeptical how helpful this was going to be, but really loved the end result. I ended up buying a lip color that I probably would have never gotten without this guide, and surprisingly it looked great on me!
