I bought the Silent Storm Calendar for my family, and this is the best Advent we've ever had! It unites the Family in solving the puzzles. The puzzles are not super easy and are not hard to be discouraging - just enough to spend 10 minutes reading the story, thinking of the solution and checking versions. We had a Story Book missing but the 'Thames and Kosmos' team sent it to us within 24 hrs - so we didn't miss anything and are now fully enjoying the experience.

Excellent communication when emailing the support team (and prompt). Have been gifted the Simple machines set which was missing a couple of pieces and have been send the missing bits for free :-) My Kids love building the different machines, occupies them greatly, they've pulled and pushed allsorts!

We had an issue with our "Exit the Game Advent Calendar" where we were missing the story book. I contacted Thames and Kosmos and had a response within 12 hours with a pdf of the book so we could start the advent calendar on time, which was a great relief to my 10 year old! I was very impressed with the quick response and fix. Thank you Nik for your help!

Answered in less than an hour. Sent me a pdf version of the incomplete booklet, which was exactly what I needed for my EXIT Advent Calendar. I didn't expect it to be so efficient. Thanks a lot!

I purchased the roller coaster game from a charity shop for my grandson but unfortunately the cars were missing. I contacted the company and within minutes Jane answered me and dealt with the query so proficiently that I was amazed at the service I got from her. The missing cars are now on their way to me. This company excels itself in customer satisfaction and I cannot thank Jane enough for sorting this, well done Thames and Kosmos.

We played the Exit Game: Abandoned Cabin on a wet weekend and it was a great way to pass a couple of hours. We loved that everything in — and even on — the box could become part of the puzzle. It was really cleverly thought out, and the fast-paced structure kept us moving through the game without ever feeling stuck.

We played as a group of two, which felt just right. It might have been trickier with more people, as you really need to clearly see and handle all the parts to solve the clues.

The only downside was that some of the cards needed to be cut up to progress, which meant the game couldn’t be replayed or passed on once finished. It feels like this could have been designed in a more reusable way, making it better value for money and more sustainable overall.

Still, a very enjoyable experience!

My copy of Planta Nubo came with 2 duplicate solo tiles. I reached out to the support team and Nik immediately sent out my the missing components. Many thanks for sorting out my issue so quickly and efficiently!

When I bought a secondhand game that was missing some elements they even sent me the parts, free of charge!

I had to make a request for a missing board game component and the customer service was excellent. I received a reply straight away, and they were able to send the missing piece free of charge the same day.

Our decoder was missing a wheel. I emailed and a new decoder was dispatched immediately and arrived 2 days later. Very helpful and now my friends and I will have a get together with a glass of wine or 2 of wine and work out the puzzle. Thanks so much.

Had a missing piece from 'Covenent', Nik was super helpful and shipped the missing wooden piece out the same day. Arrived safe and sound this morning and the game is now 100% complete.

We had a problem with the Motor Housing of the Easy Electric Circuit kit. I contacted Thames and Kosmos with the part numbers that seemed to be at fault and Nik identified that they were available and posted them to me at no cost by return. From telling them to receiving the parts was less than 48hrs - we have restricted delivery from the Post Office. Top rate service; could not have been happier with their service. The kit is an excellent introduction to electric circuits and was found to be easy for a 9 year old girl.

We were missing a piece of the roller coaster engineering set. I contacted them via their website and Nick responded almost immediately and offered to replace that piece without any delay and without any payment. This is outstanding and so rare these days. This type of surprise and delight builds true customer loyalty!

Really lovely customer service! We had lost a piece of The Gang tile and reached out to them not really thinking anything would come from it. Within days we had the missing piece come through our letterbox which means we can play our favourite game with loved ones once more! Excellent customer service, thank you!

I needed a spare 3* White Chip for The Gang, so I submit a request on their website. My query was answered quickly, and the salesperson Nik was super helpful. They sent a replacement in the post and it arrived today, all within a week of sending the request.

We have had over 15 EXIT games and have loved every one of them. Between the two of us it does take longer than the suggested times on the boxes but we are fine with that. Tip: do not throw away ANYTHING! You may need it. Out of all these games we have only missed one item in one game and that was replaced immediately. Hope they keep doing the games.
