Worst customer service in existence.
Thaely doesn't even have a exchange policy forget return, if I'm ordering shoes online and your website doesn't have a proper measuring scale chart, what am I supposed to do? Would love to exchange shoes for the size which I do want and can wear but no. So much bs about sustainability. What am I to do with these shoes now?
No answer no help or proper solution from Thaely.
Ordered the shoes as a gift and i literally used chatgpt to see if the size I'm ordering is correct so couldn't wait around to ask and wait for an email to be answered to.
Expected better from you. Highly disappointed and Would not recommended anyone to buy if they want to support a retarded brand.

Delivery not received

I have still not received the delivery. Incorrect information was conveyed to you that recipient was not available. I had also provided alternate contact number, however the item is still not delivered to me.

As usual ordered two boots - Ofcourse was unavailable . But a refund was made For the second pair despite being told it’s packed and ready no sign of it or a refund.

Loved the design, style n material too

the quality is not up to the mark, and they have a no return policy even if you order a wrong size.

I ordered Tech Tabi -from Indian website- but has issue with the size, and since more than a month I have been sending emails & X message for replacement but there has been no reply.

No way of reaching out through phone.

Shoes are horribly uncomfortable, and company hasn't responded to my message from 5 months ago regarding processing a full refund for unused, brand new shoes still sitting in their original box.

Ordered a pair of shoes in early June, the tracker still saying that the package in on it's way now in late August. I have contacted customer service three times but with no response.
So it's seems like I have paid for a pair of shoes that I'll never get...

The plastic near & around the shoe laces is awful. It digs into your toes as you’re walking. I think a tumble could seriously injure your toes. The softer canvas is all that is needed around the whole shoe. I’ve watched & have been excited about this brand for years. Finally was able to order a pair & I don’t even consider them wearable with that shiny plastic dangerously sharp…right where your toes need to bend. Bummed.

I ordered them 6 months ago and still no package. I emailed them, they said its waiting customs clearance in my country. 2 more months go by and no word. This company is a scam.

Very very unfortunate that I need to leave one star review but for real the customer service is so bad that they can’t even exchange my order. They don’t respond AT ALL. Very disappointing. Very disappointed.

Came in the time frame expected, used a sustainable packaging box, and the shoes themselves are amazing! Cute and comfortable, even better than my first pair with design improvements!

I bought a pair of sneakers from your Company because I was excited about the sustainable and circular economy concept.
However, after paying 25.- bugs for shipment plus 30.- bugs for tarifs I received the shoes. I tried my first walk with the sneakers (using normal socks) for about 3 km and After that the skin of three of my five toes on both feet were ripped and bleeding. The fabric is so stiff and rigid that toes are tortured. How can I soften the fabric? Shell I hammer the shoe or drive over it?
Thanks for advice, sofar I am not convinced.

These are going to be my favourite shoes.
I wanted Thaelys because they are made with recycled plastic. I am all over that!
I got the Y2K in Shadow Black.
They are cool in design, seem well made and I really like the coloured flecks in the sole.
The price is also reasonable.
I am very happy with my new shoes.

Hi the shoes are good and recycled packaging was so good. One bit of feedback is that the shoe is very narrow so felt like it squished the sides of the feet. Maybe just early days before they are fully worn in.
