I have had a really great experience purchasing a Whill C2 from TGA. They were really great about answering my questions and coming out to me, both for a test drive and delivering the chair. They have been super communicative and really patient.

This is my second Whill power chair. My first, a model C from 2019, has been trouble free and served my purpose for years. As my arthritis developed further I found I needed a more comfortable ride and the model C2 looked good. TGA brought one to my home for me to try and I was impressed. Very comfortable with independent rear suspension and an improved seat cushion. With its incredible manoeuvrability I’ve never found a building or even a lift I could not negotiate.
Delivered to my home, set up to my requirements, it has been a very easy purchase experience.

The Salesman Karl was very professional and knowledgeable he made me feel at ease because during the conversation he stated that he would rather not sell the chair to me unless I was 100% sure of it.
And I felt he was being honest with me.

TGA Mobility were very happy to bring two different mobility scooters to my home so that I could try them outside around the fields where I was actually going to use them. Karl was very helpful explaining all the features and he had the knowledge and experience to advise what would work best for me. There was no sales pressure at all and the demo really helped me think through the options.

I spent two days completing Enquirie forms for mobility scooters on motability sceme. I got only one solid response from a dealer who got me through to TGA Motability who contacted me put me through to Motability and completing some of the paperwork she then arranged for a home demo. So very helpful and professional good old fashioned Customer Service thank you TGA.

I didn’t have the best start to using a mobility scooter having bought one second hand from a dealer. Nothing but problems and it was away more times than being used. However I was impressed by the brand TGA even though I didn’t purchase from them they were very helpful when I did have problems so I stuck with the brand and ordered a new scooter from them.The whole process of reviews of the scooter short list and a great home demonstration with a very informative engineer.The admin team was always polite and answered all my questions. Even the delivery engineer didn’t rush me was polite and ensured I was happy with it before handing it over Considering this company is based in the south of the country and I live in the north they have most of the country covered.I am lucky to have the top of the range scooter and although it is early days it is very special great to drive, I feel safe and it’s a quality piece of tech.It has been a difficult time for me having a recent operation which hampered progress, but the staff at this Company don’t push and I felt did all they could to accommodate my issues. My thanks to all the team at TGA a job well done, my lasting advice! Go to the people that make the scooters if you can. Do your research and short list a few.

This is my second time using this company.
They were professional, kind and empathetic. Knowledgeable about their products and very efficient.
Starting from my first phone call to the office Jo was efficient and friendly and I spoke to Jo from enquiry to after sales call.
My order delivery was extremely efficient and Russ who delivered my mobility scooter was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough.

We have recently purchased a tga vita lite from TGA direct. We knew from our previous purchases that there scooters were the very best available. They are very well made, modern and comfortable scooters. The service was phenomenal throughout, the whole buying process with everyone we met was friendly, helpful and professional. We can't thank them enough. They truly went way above and beyond to ensure we were happy and they even helped us load it in our vehicle which was truly hard work but they were determined to help us all the way. Gabriel even phoned a few days later to ensure we were happy with the scooter and service. We will recommend TGA and there fantastic team to everyone. Thank you all at TGA from Pete & Nicky G
I was very impressed with the service we got from TGA,
They sent someone to our house to demonstrate the power pack ,he fitted it to our wheelchair,this made it much easier for us .I have now been using it for a couple of weeks and it has made pushing my husband a lot easier. If more businesses gave this sort of service this country would not be in the state it’s in .i would certainly recommend TGA to anybody thinking about a power pack .

Service advisor Ben was very helpful when I needed to transfer a TGA Powerpack from one wheelchair (Wren 2) to another (Rea Azalea Assist). He responded promptly to all my queries and enabled me to complete the transfer successfully without major expense.

Wrong parts handed out. Took a trip to site signed for paid for. Then got home to find i had two right side components. Called them to arrange parts to be collected and new part issued. Still waiting
There error why do I need to do all the chasing. We all have busy workloads but when you talk to them and they acknowledge it was there error

Quick delivery and helpful staff when I called them.
Live chat though, when asked a simple question said "call the showroom" so would avoid using that.

Received the wrong item and system to replace for correct item is confusing. Had to order the item and pay and will receive refund was they have received wrong item back.
This is a bit out dated way and my Dad is 90 and being asked to post a large item back is silly at best .

I didnt know the canopy only had one fixing point and my disable scooter has 2 so it is no good i am nearly 82 years of age so i think it a coplete waste of my pension as the scooter was used to visit my husband in a nursing home i think it was completely a waste of money also i am disabled
