I honestly cannot recommend Thomas from TG Hospitality enough. He was hands down the best concierge I have ever dealt with and genuinely made my entire holiday what it was.

Thomas organised basically my whole trip for me, including so many last-minute bookings, and somehow managed to get me into every single place I wanted to go — even places that were completely sold out and that I thought I had no chance of getting into. No matter how last minute my request was, he always went above and beyond to make it happen.

What made the experience even better was Thomas himself. He was honestly the most amazing person to speak to — so friendly, patient, responsive and easygoing that it never felt like I was dealing with a concierge. It genuinely felt like I was messaging a friend who just happened to know exactly where to go and could somehow make everything happen for me.

Having someone I could trust to organise everything took so much stress out of my holiday. I could literally tell Thomas where I wanted to go and he would take care of the rest. His service, communication and connections were incredible from beginning to end.

TG Hospitality is extremely lucky to have him. Thomas, thank you for organising the most amazing holiday and for looking after me the entire time. You absolutely made my trip, and I genuinely wouldn’t use anyone else after this experience. 10/10 — if you need a concierge, ask for Thomas. You will not regret it.

I booked TG to manage 2 full days on logistics for my birthday. From securing me private luxury transfers, the best restaurants and the best beach clubs with the best tables. When I had changes to places I wanted to go, he even cancelled existing reservations to make new ones at the other location. He secured me one of the best photographers in Saint tropez and Monaco. Overall, he is now my go to concierge.

Thomas provided an exceptional concierge service for my birthday trip to Saint-Tropez. He took care of all the arrangements with great attention to detail and made the entire experience feel effortless and truly special. He was professional, responsive and always available whenever I had a question or needed assistance.

II honestly couldn't recommend Thomas and TG Hospitality more highly. He handled all of our bookings throughout the South of France last summer, and the entire experience was completely seamless from start to finish.

From securing the best beach clubs and restaurants to getting us some of the most sought-after tables, every recommendation was spot on. What really sets Thomas apart is how much he genuinely cares about his clients. He takes the time to understand exactly what you're looking for, offers multiple suggestions and alternatives, and never makes you feel rushed.

The biggest standout for us was his flexibility. Even when we changed our plans at the very last minute, he somehow managed to rearrange everything and secure incredible reservations without any stress on our side.

TG is unbelievable. He has connections everywhere in Saint-Tropez and can get you in anywhere. Highly recommend.

I was introduced to Thomas by a friend who spoke highly of his concierge services, and honestly he undersold the calibre of the service.

I travelled the states for 40 days, and Thomas was able to both assist with travel recommendations and book sold out luxury hotels, last minute greatly below market rates.

I would simply text him asking for accommodation and location, and he would give me a selection of choices, far below market rates. He was able to extend stays, offer & book experiences, within minutes. This could include sold out restaurants & clubs.

It made my entire travel experience seamless & also cheaper, whilst still staying at 4/5* locations often with no website room availability.

In Paris, he was able to sort out everything, from exclusive events. I didn’t utilise all of his services, I realise he offers so much more from Private Jets to anything.

But I will be using Thomas every-time I need to book a holiday for cheaper rates, and no stress booking, rather than wasting time researching, when he does all the work for you for a frictionless experience.

Thomas and his colleagues have set us up with flights, hotels, and events for every country and trip we’ve gone on. 11/10 service, Thomas is the best concierge you could hope for!

Honestly, Thomas made the Marbella experience a 10/10. Everything he booked for us was incredible, from the parties to the dinners!
Can’t wait to go on vacation again to use Thomas’ services again!
