From requesting a quote to the moving of my belongings between storage units, TFM have be excellent. They have kept me well informed of my request, and the team that moved my belongings were very curtious and professional.
I will absolutely be using their services again, it is great to see a company go above and beyond.

We have used TFM a number of times over the years. Their service is always professional and efficient. We did have to use another company at one point due to timings and TFM not being available. It was a nightmare and very stressful. This last time we were moving my mother from her family home. She isn't very mobile but the guys and girls all worked around her and were so friendly and lovely to her during the day and couldn't do enough to help. Highly recommend their service.

We used TFM for our move out of Burnham on Crouch, Essex. They were extremely good, and moved everything seamlessly on the day, taking out a huge amount of the stress of moving. All of the team who moved us were really polite and helpful. At the other end they unloaded without any problems. Thank you TFM!

Everyone at TFM were very friendly and helpful at a very stressful time. Because of circumstances I had to put my furniture and belongings into storage for a month, they came and packed everything up and made it easy for me. When I was able to move into my new home they arrived right on time, unpacked the container and had everything in its place in no time. I would highly recommend TFM for removals and/ or storage. It’s a family firm and they go above and beyond to make it a problem free experience.

TFM were absolutely brilliant, I can not recommend them highly enough. Throughout the whole stressful time of moving home they were the one company where every member of the team were professional, efficient & friendly. They seem to genuinely care about their customers and the standard of service they give. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Telephoned TFM to enquire on carrying-out a collection on our behalf of an art-installation comprising of 21 mirrored/glassed wooden units & related items from a north London manufacturing works, for return to our Essex depot. Excellent response & competitive quotation from Ralph, and collection date agreed. Collection & blanket-wrap / tie-securing within vehicle all carefully carried-out on the day by Josh & Jamie, upon arrival at our depot all items placed safely by them into our warehouse, for us to export case-pack. I cannot thank TFM enough from start to finish the team were very professional. We would definitely use them again.

Incredible service from start to finish, helping to take so much stress out of our move. Jaime and Josh were super efficient packing everything up the day before, then Stats, Adam, Jaime and Sofia carried out the move on the day with incredible professionalism. All of the team were super friendly and took care of everything. Genuinely couldn't be happier!

My first time using a removal service and it really does make the day a lot less stressful.

Stats and Sophia reliable and friendly. Super competent, nothing seemed to phase them, even carrying a heavy recliner sofa down 2 flights of slightly narrow stairs from my flat on the 2nd floor!

Patient and helpful, assisting with that inevitable small bit of last minute packing on the day.

Also no hidden or extra charges, what I was quoted is what I paid.

Fantastic service from start to finish, affordable and friendly

These reviews are what led me to book our removal with TFM & they did not disappoint. The team were wonderful & so efficient. From start to finish everything ran like clockwork & they removed any stress we had around moving. The whole team worked so hard & did it all with a smile. Nothing was too much for them & they really went above & beyond with their assistance. We would recommend them as a company 100% & can’t praise them highly enough.

From start to finish Ralph, Josh, Sarah, Stats, Sofia and the rest of the team were outstanding. Very helpful, reasonably priced and professional.

TFM were wonderful during for the entirety of a recent complicated move: emptying my parents house in the south of England and delivering to two addresses in Scotland. The entire team were patient, understanding and professional throughout. The whole process went smoothly and TFM made things as stress-free as possible. Thoroughly recommended and after bad experiences with other removal firms I will be using them again if I ever need a big move again.

Great service from start to finish. The estimator was knowledgeable and the person who delivered the packing boxes gave me great advice on how to pack up.
The team were on time on the day, protected all my carpets as they moved about and carefully loaded and unloaded everything. They were friendly, polite and really helpful. It made a stressful day much easier. Thank you to everyone.
