Very Disappointing Product & Poor Customer Support
I ordered a Texovera watch through a Google Pay reward offer because the product image clearly showed the “Texovera” and “Quartz” markings on the watch. Based on the product images and description, I expected to receive the same product.
However, after receiving the watch, those markings are completely missing, and the overall quality of the watch is also very poor compared to what was shown in the listing.
I wanted to return the product, but the customer support experience has been extremely disappointing. The customer care mobile number is always switched off, the AI support agent is not working, and even after messaging on WhatsApp, I have received no response.
This is not the product I expected based on the images shown while ordering. I would like the company to arrange a return and provide a refund.

The product ( Wrist Watch)which is received is a fake one . It does not have a logo or name of the company on the product. Also the packaging box does not have the company name. Worst is the customer service number is switched off and the customer support email ID does not accept email , the mail just bounces back without any reply.

I ordered a product, i received sms that my product will be shipped shortly,a week gone no update, i tried contacting them via whatsapp and call but no response after 2 days, received a sms that my product is shipped. Today i received the product and it’s not working one side ( right )This is expected because i checked their reviews all over and all are negative reviews. The product i received is also made in china, a local chinese product which they are selling giving their brand name after that I contacted with call they assured they are sending one more they given the shipment link also but after 2 days order cancelled after that no response in what’s up no call also ( 99024 48667) always switch off very worst service I request Mani, citizens of India. Don’t buy any product from this company. Money wasted.

I have ordered massage gun and it's totally defective not working aslo the product photo om website and receive product is different false advertising aslo packaging is third class and contact details are given but phone is switched off there is no retrun window on there site can anyone please file complaint against this texovera in consumer court.

Very poor service it has been 4 days for an oder I placed but no information available about product or delivery.

This texovera products are 100%farud and i ordered a power bank at a cost and I'm a student saved money to buy power bank, i ordered power bank in texovera original website and the order is received and the power bank out lok is prefect but perform is worst 💯 and feeled very very bad to ordered in texovera

This company has perfected the black art of daylight robbery. They seize the people’s money with open hands and then vanish into the fog like cowards, leaving the honest customer abandoned, deceived, and mocked.

I placed my order on the 20th of July. Twelve full days have passed. Still no product. Still no word. Still no shame. Only silence from a pack of incompetents who treat paying citizens as if they were dirt beneath their boots.

Their so-called “customer support” is a deliberate farce. Emails are flung into a void that leads only to WhatsApp. WhatsApp then refuses to hear the truth and instead demands a video— a video of what, exactly? Of the empty hands that received nothing? Of the order that never arrived? It is not support. It is obstruction. It is a carefully built wall designed to keep the robbed customer far from justice.

One is forced to the only logical conclusion: this entire system exists not to serve the people, but to shield the company from them. Pay first. Wait forever. Then beg like a beggar through broken channels while the thieves count their loot in peace. That is their doctrine.

If you cannot deliver, stop taking orders. If you are delayed, speak the truth like men. But to hide, to ignore, to bury the customer under layers of automated insolence—that is not business. That is betrayal of the highest order. It is contempt for the very people whose money keeps you alive.

This has been one of the most disgraceful customer experiences I have ever endured. Delivery failed. Communication failed. Support failed. The whole apparatus has collapsed into a monument of incompetence and disrespect.

I am very unhappy with your service. The website shows that my order has been delivered, but I have not received it. I did not get any call from the delivery agent, and I do not even have my order details. I want to cancel my order and get a full refund immediately. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

ordered a powerbank with order no 140413 still havent heard anything from them no order status update no option to contact no response from ai bot

Very disappointed with this purchase and the overall service. I ordered the TexoVera Nove Wireless Ear Buds on the 20th, and the promised delivery date was the 26th. Even after the expected delivery date has passed, I have received no product and no update regarding the shipment status.

Customer communication is extremely poor, and there seems to be no concern for customer satisfaction. If a company cannot deliver on its commitment or provide timely updates, it should not make promises it cannot keep.

Based on my experience so far, I would not recommend purchasing from this seller. I hope they improve their delivery process and customer support.

I have ordered earbuds but received power bank which is not working

The support ticket does not work. They have no cancellation policy as they paused their support ticket for cancellation. Also not responding to emails as they said they will respond only to support ticket which they have just for showcase. Extremely bad experience with texovera.Recommend not to make any purchase with them.

I ordered the product through a reward in google pay and received my order in a compromised state. The package does not display any brand name, nor does it include a user manual or any documentation to verify the authenticity of the product. Additionally, there is no information regarding the mAh capacity of the power bank, which raises concerns about whether a genuine product has been delivered. I also noticed that the brand name printed on the packet appears faded, suggesting that it may be old or fake product. Furthermore, the charging cable required to charge the power bank is missing from the package. They dont support email support and ask to raise a ticket. While raising ticket they said this option is not available and only use AI chat option who doesnt reply or provide any information at all. DO NOT PURCHASE

Very good product got the product in so good packaging and so good quality of the power bank
