Buyer Beware this company will lie to you just to make a sale.
On September 9, 2026 I placed an order for a TSP Camshaft Kit and I was told that they were out of Valve Shaft springs but they would have those in stock on the 10th or the 11th. It is now the 18th and when I called to check on the status of my order (I talked to May), I was told that the valve springs are on back order and might be in next week and then they could ship my order unless I wanted them to ship my order without the springs. I told them that since I was lied too about the springs that they needed to make this right and upgrade the springs and ship my order. May said she couldn't do that and would have to talk to her manager and she put me on hold (for 25 minutes) and never returned to my call. I hung and called back and specifically asked to speak to a sales manager and I was put on hold again (another 20 minutes) and I never spoke to a manager. I had to call back for a third time and cancel my order and spoke to Billy he said the request to cancel my order has been placed and everyone is on lunch that can make that transaction happen. If this is true Good Job Billy at least they have one honest person working in their company. The sales reps and managers are cowards and don't want to deal with their customers when their people lie to their potential customers to make a sale.
