Needed to purchase engine oil, Castrol Edge 0w 30, found on shelf, and was told its £29.99 per litre!!!!! normally this between £10 and £15 per litre. I have recently purchased FOUR lite container for £40.79 to keep in. Had to purchase as level showing low and light on. Otherwise I would have waited till I got home. P.S. this price was in two separate Texaco Service station

I’ve been a regular customer at this Texaco- Leaway station at Meadway for several years without issue.

On a recent visit, I observed another customer refuel and pay afterwards as usual. However, when I went to use the pump, I was immediately told to “pay first” and was closely monitored.

When I questioned the inconsistency in treatment, I did not receive a clear or welcoming explanation. It left me feeling uncomfortable and singled out.

I have raised a formal complaint directly with Texaco and the matter is now under review. I hope it is investigated properly and that customer service is applied consistently for everyone.

New Greggs in-store at garage on A435 near Wythall. Had sausage and bean bake. Stone cold at 10am. Apparently do not keep any food hot.
Will not bother again - If I want a bake I want it warm. Won't be bothering again

I recently asked the Texaco station in Whaddon way Bletchley Milton Keynes for a rewards card but they said I have to use the app instead as they do not supply cards.
I rang Texaco customer services and asked if this was the case and they said no and that the garage should have cards to give to customers.
So I went back and they did not want to know.
I have an old phone which is not very good which is why I wanted a card.
Its their loss as I do 200 miles a week and will not be going to Texaco in future for anything.
It works for me as Texaco is American and I will not give any American company a penny due to that moron in the whitehouse

Went to fill my car up put 50 pounds in in runcorn .little guy woudernt let me pay 30 on one card 20 on another.we had a few heated words as leaving the shop haw hard is it to take 30 pound of one card and 20 of another ?????????????????(((( dose it work th same when you try to put the right amount in and go's over EVRY TIME BY 1 PENCE JOKE ill go the asda

I went to this text garage early this morning about 5:00 a.m. on the way to work I put £60 in fuel and I bought 22 pounds of things in the shop however I was paying cash and I was eight pence short with cash the man who was serving was very rude hardly spoke didn't smile didn't say please or thank you and I was eight piece short on the total everything and he would not let me off eight pence so I had to even use my credit card to make a purchase of eight pence not happy or not to recommend will not go there again staff very rude services appalling prices extortionate

Texaco garage Frinton fuel costs appalling charging 169.99 per litre. Talk about ripping the public off. My local garage, not anymore. I’ll never use them again. 3 miles away it was 157.99

The crude oil price that is increasing on the Markets is still in the Gulf !!!!

No way have Thomas & Sons paid the increased price for the fuel in their storage tanks.

They should be prosecuted for robbery !!!!

Tried to fill my can for a petrol mover and was refused as they were short of petrol? Thought that’s what they sold

Went to wolverhampton Rd texaco in dudley and the service they give is absolute rubbish, you say hello and they just dont response and they dont have manners aswell, always on there phones, fix up!!!

In Stockport, the employee didn’t give a damn about the customer and kept talking on the phone without paying attention to the customer who wanted to pay. I didn’t even know the price at all, as if I were invisible. There was no respect for the customer at all!

I find the staff very helpful, friendly and polite. Deserves an acknowledgment.

The app for this company never works.
I did complain about this but was asked for my bank statement to show proof of purchase on fuel I purchased from Texaco garage.
I won't be using this company again and deleted the app permanently

Selling crisps out of date. Be careful with best before dates.

The company made a lot of publicity about taking over as a supplier for a garage in Whitchurch Shropshire. Advertising their fob for quickly attaining points when purchasing fuel. As far as I can tell these fobs never did and don’t exist.

The local one at Lawrence Weston has signs up banning foreign registered cars. If that is not xenophobic and unwelcoming, then anyone who still goes there is a moron.

Staff took ages to reset the pump, nobody else at the petrol station and still had to wait ages to refuel. Went in to pay and staff member was on there phone, had to wait for them to finish on there phone before taking payment.

Was over charged when I informed staff member was told it was my fault then it was the fault of the person in front of me .no sorry given .fact is staff member didn’t check .sure if I had robbed them of fuel they would of noticed

The staff at Texaco Gaol road Stafford are amazing (Sashi, Nash, Penfold) friendly and always willing to help. Brilliant customer service.
