Easy and super quick response for my test results! Highly recommend, especially as it’s a great organisation with purpose.

I thought the whole process was very smooth. The video gave a crystal-clear explanation of how to do the test, upload the photo and collect the result. I have done many tests and this was my first videoed one, and it was fine. The person in the Zoom call was friendly and easy to understand.

The tests quickly arrived and instructions were clear.
The only downside was that every person needed a different email address for their account setup and when using this for children was not the best setup.
Results arrived within 1-3 hours and the certificate was easy to download.

Really efficient and simple to use. Also good value. My only problem was uploading the photograph of the test. It took many attempts to get an acceptable picture though they all looked fine to me. In retrospect should have made sure paper was completely flat.
