I wish I knew the name of the woman that took my call. She was a piece of work, had zero social skills, poor communication and honestly I don’t know where this company finds their employees. I had an issue with my sample but the woman couldn’t be bothered with my questions, constantly interrupting me mid word, condescending and rude. I also spoke with Shonika, she also was terrible. There was one woman that did help me and was amazing, I wish I knew her name cause she deserves acknowledgment. Don’t use this lab, it’s terrible. I rather pay more for Great Plains than give them one cent.

My experience was great. I love the money I save and the efficiency with which my order and processing are dealt with. Having to type all this to ‘ rate’ my experience absolutely ruins it. Why are those stars even there if one is expected to extemporaneously explain??

I needed a simple blood test quickly and Health Testing Centers made that possible. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again if needed.

My vitamin D-25 test was super easy and got the results as promised, in a couple of days. I was surprised I couldn't schedule the test directly from the lab, but HealthTestingCenter was just what I needed. Will be using their services again.

It said 1 or 2 days and it’s been 3 and I haven’t got my results yet. Better go to QuestDiagnostics results are next day for sure

When we got to the lab there was no one at the front desk to greet or guide us but someone showed up 10 minutes later past our check in time (and we were the only ones there around 9 am). They called us in - took our samples and we were out on our way in another 10 minutes. It was convenient.

I dread my annual gyn PAP (speculum exam). There's scientific research stating that a negative HPV test is a better predictor of cervical cancer than a negative PAP test. I thought I could avoid the PAP via using this self-test for HPV bec. it was easier and less painful than a speculum exam for my PAP. This self-test came back (+) for "other" high risk HPV: other than strains 16+18, which are the 2 that cause the majority of cervical cancers, per my Doctor. At my Gyn exam (yes I had to endure another PAP test due to this positive HPV self-test, ugh!), a 2nd HPV was also submitted, and results matched this self-test, so I have 100% confidence in the testing procedure as it uses the same [very accurate] PCR method to detect HPV as my Univ. of Penn Doctor's lab does. Of course this means I still have to go back annually for PAPs and HPV tests to be sure I do not get cervical cancer, but it is good to know I can self-test with confidence, between annual Gyn exams, to see if the HPV virus has "cleared" itself, which it often does. My PAP happily came back with "no abnormal cells", which means the HPV strains I do have did not cause my cervix cells to mutate into precancerous or cancerous ones.
*Note: Autumn, the manager in customer service, was very helpful and accommodating. When I thought I had done the test too aggressively as blood appeared on the swab, she sent me a complimentary one, which was great as the $99 charge is steep.

I ordered the ureaplasma test on here due to providers in my area refusing to test for it even tho I was having symptoms. The test kit was easy and well explained. It took a little over a week for my results but the customer service was awesome. Because of this website I was able to prove my doctors wrong and get the treatment I needed! Thank you!!
