Good Fabric, Bad Service
Extended shipping experience, hidden fees, non reachable customer service line, and they shipped the fabric in the cheapest box possible with the price of the fabric displayed. Overall they had quality fabrics, but the rest of the experience was horrible and I do not recommend to someone that wants a nice luxurious experience.

Dear Customer, I would like to provide a brief timeline of your order, including some pertinent details that will aid in understanding the situation.
Regarding the “Extended shipping experience": Initially, you independently purchased the last available 3 metres of a fabric, at a discounted price, and 1.2 metres of the same fabric, at the list price, available for ordering with the option to choose the desired length. Upon noticing this peculiarity in your order, we informed you that the two fabrics might have slight colour differences, as they belonged to two different production batches, and warned that if the fabrics were used in the same garment, it could compromise the work.
Following an exchange of emails, you decided to purchase the necessary length in its entirety from the fabric available for ordering, which experienced a shipping delay of 48 hours due to courier slowdowns during the Easter holiday period.
It is not our intention to complicate the purchasing experience, but when we notice potential errors in an order, we make it a priority to notify the customer.
"Hidden fees”: As explained via email, the prices displayed on our website include the Italian VAT of 22%. However, when filling out the purchase form, if the delivery is destined for countries outside the European Union, the 22% tax is automatically deducted from the amount to be paid. Import duties are not charged to the customer, and the payment amount changes to show a lower total order value, resulting from the deduction of the 22% VAT, which offsets most of the customs duties that the customer will have to pay upon delivery of the order.
Information regarding import duties for non-European countries is immediately visible through the main menu in the "Customer Care" - "Shipping & Delivery" section.
"Customer service line unreachable": In reality, we have been prompt from the beginning in communicating with you and in the many emails exchanged, taking into account the 9 hour time difference.
“Shipped the fabric in the cheapest box possible with the price of the fabric displayed": The packaging consists of a white die-cut cardboard box with internal biodegradable eco-friendly protection against liquids in case of damage to the outer wrapping. The displayed price is due to the mandatory customs documentation attached.
