I tend to shy away from this sort of thing unless I am truly impressed which has not happened as much as I should have liked these days. However, having decided to get private health coverage for my wife and myself I reluctantly realized I would have to take a deep dive into the machinations of the private health insurance field.

Aron was quick to get to the point on different options, clear in his advice and efficient without being pushy. Whilst I of course hope not to need to make a claim ever I feel that if I did, Aron would be a good support in handling a claim for me.
