My daughter referred me to Tessa Alliance, even though we were already covered with another insurer. I had been told when I took out the policy that there were no insurance policies available which were proactive and offered health checks. My daughter had already told me she'd been offered a health check so when it came to renewal time I called Tessa Alliance and their agent pointed out some failings with the policy I already had which included waiting six months for the NHS to deal with a health issue before I could be referred privately. I also learned that if the NHS did deal with me for a serious condition within six months, that I would not qualify to be dealt with privately. I didn't hesitate switching over thanks to the guidace I received from Aaron Jones at Tessa Alliance with reassurance that my wife and I will be covered privately from the outset. Six months is a very long time to wait to be seen by the NHS!

Zain kept in contact with me although my current policy had some time to run. We spoke through the options available and I then made my decision. At no time was I put under pressure

Aaron was very knowledgeable, honest and no pressure. He explained every part of the insurance and gave me plenty of time to ask my own questions and also if I was unsure he explained in a way I understood.

My advisor Adam was top notch and explained what i needed well and answered my questions thoroughly. I did not feel pushed into it but I was fending off a few calls once I made my expression of interest the day before, so it was fortunate that I had time to take Adams call, I received a good price for what I needed and will await the documentation soon to read !
