Ordered a chain start of this year that I have previously purchased as it broke, placed order for the exam same chain ( mm and everything the EXACT same) as I had when it arrived it is completely different chain, no where near similar. I contacted the company via the email address provided on 19th and 21st of May 2025 but had no response except asking me for a review. They have never replied to the email and made it quite clear they have no care for their customers at all after they have the money. Avoid as they will send you wrong item and then ignore all contact efforts.

Very long wait but the product is very good.

I have been waiting for my order for like 4 months now and I payed for 1-2 day shipping. They will also not respond to any emails I send asking for updates or refunds.

The quality of the chain is very nice and all but shipping took 3 weeks not 4-7 days and I had to pay 30€ beacuse Czech post said the UK “isn’t in the European Union” which it isn’t but its not like I have to pay fees when getting an order from a different non-European union country.

Absolutely shocking way to run a business, says 2/3 days delivery, ordered for holiday on 20 th July 9 th August still not here , have sent a few emails and nobody have decency to contact me, I’ll never use again

Still haven’t received my order or a reply to email chasing the order! Been over two weeks and heard nothing. Absolutely terrible!!

Still not got it payed extra for 1-2 days shipping still waiting over a week later with no update. No response from the company sent an email and messaged them on instagram just want to know what’s happening at this point or I want my money back.

I’ve been using Tericci for 4 years now and everytime I buy a piece of jewellery from them, they never fail to impress. From the packaging, to the shine on the white gold chains, it really is a steal.

Been asked for a review but haven’t received the item ????
Ordered two weeks ago and paid for 2-3 day delivery, but no show, no replies to emails and no phone number to call. Ordered two years ago and had no problem.. such a shame ! Would say not to bother ordering off this site !

Hello! I put in an order 14 days ago (10 working days) and I was instructed to review my order status on the Shop app. The status has said “preparing shipment” since day number 2. I sent an email 3 days ago and have not received a response yet. There is no phone support for better and immediate communication. Not the best process so far!

Never received my order it’s been over a month

I ordered a bracelet last Friday just gone and I the delivery was meant to come between 2-3 working days yet it still has not come I have emailed about this it still have not had a reply

Order placed a week ago, no goods received. No response to my email. My son placed the same order a week before I did and still has received nothing. Dreadful service despite having successfully ordered in the past.

Great chain I really like it

Website says 2-3 day delivery but didn’t receive for nearly a month. Emailed more than once but no response. Other than that chain was good.

Emailed support about an issue 4 times with no response, very displeased.

Did not send order. Had to request refund through paypal. Also tried to email the company but they didn't bother to respond.
