I bought the Vidiu X device because it offered the potential of being a stand alone YouTube broadcaster. When first setup I found it to be very temperamental and would only work once before failing. After speaking to support over a few weeks they agreed that there was a fault and it would need to be updated. Now a year later and after many updates I have a device that works more than once. However using the buttons on the device still will not let me switch between different or setup new broadcast. Using the web interface does allow me to do this, so at least it is an improvement and if I control it remotely then it will be able to broadcast. Just not a simple stand alone device.

Any instructions for someone without IT knowledge during initial setup would help. Thanks.

I have the VidiuPro Livestream box. All of a sudden the battery didn't work, and it dropped the stream. I had a hunch, that the charging cable may be faulty. I called Teradek and explained the situation. The technician said I will have to send the equipment in. I did. They found nothing and sent it back after I paid the 115$. Then I had the same issue with the box and called again. Then they suggested, I need a new charging cable. Really?! They mailed one for free. (well, it was $115) And it works now. Looking back, all they had to ask me to check the little charging icon on the iPad screen, where it shows if it charges or not. I didn't pay attentio to it then, but now I see if it works or not.

Had a fault with a Arrow +. Sent it in for repair, they were very quick to assess and let me know what was happening. When a repair option was presented, it was very cheap compared to what we had thought. Very good service all round

VidiU is a terrific encoder. And the tech support was great as well.

I have many Teradek items and I think the innovation and ingenuity is great - however, the customer service is terrible. I have been trying to get a simple answer out of the teradek support staff since I bought my item a month ago and no-one can answer my question so I have just given up. I will take the item where I bought it and wait there until I can get an answer. I have tried calling when I had an urgent on-set problem and no-one answered the call.

The Telna card works great, thank you! Prompt shipping and the account interface works well.

There’s no 2pin Lemo to dtap for the receiver, only the transmitter.

That would be nice, but actually everything is awesome with the product. Grade A, would buy again

The service was fast and done correctly. Communicaction was good. I am happy with Teradek.

This is the slowest tech support they have. Good product byt it take forever to get somethung done or a response from teradek

Unit arrived with dead wan port.

online documentation for your products (Cube) is very bad... also got the wrong advise from your support... not helpful at all...

Not fully certain of the full capabilities and reliability of the streaming devise I purchased, as I haven't had an opportunity give the video U Go much of a test yet. But I did struggle getting everything set up. All the tutorials and explanation on the Teredak website are lacking complete instruction (for a novice beginner) and emails weren't much help either. However I did have a "chat" with a representative that did get some things worked out. He was helpful.
