Ordered Over $200 and never got free shipping.
Had to pay $20 for shipping and it will take 14 days to get. Emailed 3 time within a week and no response.
Very bad custom service.

I placed an order and a whole week went by before any response so I had to cancle my order. And now it's been weeks with no response and haven't got my money back, buyer beware I don't not recommended this site at all. Terrible service

The tips are decent but shipping times and customer service is non existent. I bought lot from this company but they have changed. I cant even get a response on where my order is...I do not recommend.

I've gotta say that this could be one of the most unreputable company's out there currently been 8 business days since I made my order and they can't even process my payment, I am currently a business owner with doubt this company is even reliable I would suggest not buying from these people for whoever is thinking abt it (sept 19 2026) horrible company

I just ordered the fire me up bundle and the 2g disposable bundle. Wow I wish I would have found them sooner. My order was processed in a timely manner. My questions were answered right away. Instructions for payment super easy. Products are the same as anywhere else only a fraction of the cost! I highly recommend them Thank you!!

I LOVED this company, I’ve been using their services for the last 2-3 years at least. Lately, though, their customer service is going down hill. I have been having a big problem with shipping. I’m on the other side of the country, in Newfoundland. This last couple of months I’m not getting the express shipping option. This is forcing me to make at least a $200 order to trigger their own “free” Xpress shipping. The regular expedited service takes 2.5-3 weeks to get here. They haven't been helpful at all in investigating why this issue is happening for me, just saying it’s not happening on their end. Also, every time you’re looking at ordering, if you add anything to your cart and leave it, you’ll receive a 10% discount email. You can only use the discount ONCE, regardless of when you receive the email. The code wasn’t working for me last week so I emailed customer service. They got back to me pretty quick but told me when I used the FINISH10 code. So I’m not really sure why they send out these codes every time. It’s pretty annoying when you're offered a code to complete your order but then told no, you used that 4 months ago. Then stop sending out these false emails?

Should be $11.30 carts. Charging taxes on non government product that I can assure you they don't remit.

I’ve ordered plenty of things they take time in fixing orders when messed up which isn’t often, their products are great you just need to find what’s best for you the 510 carts aren’t recommended it’s cheap so you get what you pay for they are great a couple of times but don’t recommend often the live resin is worth the $16 100 percent of the time just better weed and it’s good, I’ve tried the gummies a bunch they are great and the vapes are great too I give 5 stars you get what you pay for every time and the new 50 packs of gummies are amazing for the price

Absolutely brutal experience. I will not be using this company again.

For over a month, I tried placing an order and kept running into the same issue, payments getting stuck in pending, orders being cancelled, and then being asked to resend payment to different email addresses. I had never had problems with them before, but this experience was beyond frustrating.

They attempted to make things right with a $20 discount code, but the exact same issue happened again, followed by another request to send payment to a different email address.

At this point, I’ve lost confidence in ordering from Tencarts again.

I ended up ordering from Mighty Puff instead, placed my order on Monday and received it Tuesday. Great product, smooth process, cheaper pricing, and reliable service. Their selection may not be as large, but the quality and overall experience were far better

I ordered twice from you and both times I paid it said pending payment.so after 2 days it said pending still when I messaged you guys about the problem someone said I would have it tomorrow or delivered the day after week went biy and payment still.pending both times this shit has happened.if you can keep up with supply in demand then you should not be in business.or if you say 2 days atleast keep your word for my first time ordering and having problems I would never refer you guys to anyone.because you couldn't even help me.the worst part is you give out tracking numbers before the payment evern goes through
