Easy to order, took a while for the delivery to arrive. Easy to follow instructions for a first timer like myself in making proper tea. Loved the attention and care with which this was packaged, including my name on the card. The tea is delicious and this is also the only place I've been able to find Genmaicha powder. My only suggestion would be to include storage instructions on the packaging (fridge? cupboard?). Otherwise delighted with this lovely company.

This is the second time that I bought from the Tencha website and I have been more than happy with the quality of the service and of the products. The delivery was on time, the packaging was very elegant and I really appreciated the cards with instructions and a thank-you note: a very nice personal touch. The tea is something different from any green tea I've ever had: a good experience so far. I wish the sample sachets were available so could try them all.
