If I could do a 0 I would. This company fraudulently took money out of my account and now have attempted to send me another order that I did not put through. My bank has had to deal with them on the previous one and now I have to deal with them again. DO NOT ORDER from this company, I am yet to hear back from them on my previous dispute. So they send you things you do not order and take funds out of your account even if you cancel immediately. Be AWARE DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.

Honestly this website is full of crap. Order my mask from them on Sept 1st 2021, didn't even get the item after a month because supposedly my address was incorrect somehow, so usps disposed of it. Contact the company about it and them blamed me for the incorrect address. Like how?? I got plenty of shipments to this address from Amazon, FedEx and USPS. My wife even got stuff from China shipped to our house so I don't know why they even have the guts to say I'm at fault for it. Anyways long story short ask for a refund never got an answer for it because they avoided it like a plague dead ass no joke. Said they would send me a replacement item and never gotten one and didn't even confirm that I will be sent an replacement. Never reply back to any emails too really. Been over a months now and still haven't gotten a refund or replacement. If I could rate it negative stars I would. DONT BUY FROM HERE PERIOD! ITS A SCAM REALLY!!

Do not purchase ANYTHING FROM THIS RIP-OFF COMPANY! Purchased what was supposed to be an ornament for my husband. I ended up with a flat piece of acrylic which was scratched up and looked nothing like the picture on the website.

I ordered several masks from templaran.com and every one of the masks were defective. The nose clips were improperly placed and we're an injury risk. They're overpriced and they wait till the 30 day return policy is over before they start giving the customer the run around. I've been trying to get a refund for over 6 months and they keep avoiding me by repeatedly asking for pictures of the defective masks and then telling me that there's nothing wrong with them. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES DO BUSINESS WITH THESE MORONS... THEY'LL RIP YOU OFF.

For the price I had to pay for a hoodie christmas gift you sell it's a rip off. The quality of it is a complete joke. I wouldn't buy it for £5 if I've seen it live. Whatever you want to buy may look great on their website but believe me it's not worth your money. Completely disappointed!!!

After I placed my order I read all the negative comments about this place, I had already lost hope, but I received my order in 2 weeks I was like wow very excited until I opened my package, it was the wrong mask. I was very mad, so I contacted thru email, and they responded the very next day, they fixed the problem and sent me the mask I ordered the first time, they even send it first class so it took little bit over a week cause it came from somewhere in Asia

I pay for everything through PayPal so there is never any issue with a refund. Company let me to believe they were from Sydney Australia which suited me just fine. Order came at least two sizes too big and from Vietnam. They are saying there was a size chart on their order which is not true. They are willing to supply another shirt at 50% cost, No thanks after reading issues here.

I went on the website and a nice hoody they are demonstrating that write your name by the chest, I send them the name to printed on it, I reminded them and the customer service keepsending me email that some will work on it, the hoody came without print name, I sent them several email asking why they did not printed the name, they just don't answered me and they will never do it.just wast of my £50

If I could give them a zero I would. I ordered their masks in April I think, because the site said they were in Texas and it would only take 7-10 days. That was not the truth, they are located in Vietnam. I never received them so I filed a dispute with PayPal in June. Once they got the notification, it wasn't a week and I had them. I wanted to refuse the shipment, but PayPal said if I did, I would not get my money back. I tried one on and it didn't fit at all. I contacted the company and tried to work with them in getting the masks sent back. The negotiation went to the point where they only wanted to refund one mask. I once again contacted PayPal and filed another dispute to get my entire amount back that I spent on the masks which was $153.70. I sent the masks back as they requested to the address they gave me. They agreed to refund the entire amount I paid, once the masks were returned to Vietnam. I feel I did my part in returning the masks and they have not fulfilled their part in refunding my money. I would not recommend nor will I ever buy anything from this company again.

Ordered a hoody, which came within a decent delivery time. The foto's looked fantastic. The item I received was not even close to the picture. The design was vague and did not closely resemble the item I saw in the pictures. Returning is at own costs, which is quite expensive.

Wish I could leave less then a one star. Got my package today, there was nothing inside.

Not sure why all the negative reviews. I did 2 orders with them. 3 fabric masks and 1 biker mask. Both orders came in about 2 weeks and tracking was spot on. Quality was good, fabric is nice...only small complaint was that the breathe ports for the biker mask were cut a little high which put them a little more into the image than I would of liked. But otherwise...all good.

In October 2019 I ordered a Fire Dept. Hoodie for my granddaughter as a Christmas Gift. I payed for the order when I placed it. October 01, 2020 I still haven't received my order or a refund. I have over 30 emails requesting help in regards to this incident. I have received several excuses as to why I haven't received it. On July 20, 2020 at 5:55pm I received an email advising that they were working on my refund. Still no hoodie or refund. A firefighter with over 40 years of service I have ordered many items from a lot of vendors but I have never been treated like this. If they can't or won't fill my order or refund my money just tell that and I will not respond to Templaran again.

I ordered from them, finally got my FaceMasks, but no Flags in my parcel. Paid for everything but only received half of order

Contacted them over n over by email, still waiting a answer, I tried to search their site for my product it came up with Zero Results as per few other items I was thinking of buying. I sent a different email in to ask about products, they told me they Have No Products

I asked how you lie to me ? A Shop with No products but willing to take my LOVELY CASH

Im "Extremely" pleased with my order! I got exactly what I ordered. It took some time to receive it but was not there're fault delivery was slow #USPS. Well worth the wait!!

Ordered a Navy Veteran face mask and 6 weeks later got a Navy VFN mask. Not sure what that is but I'm guessing it is the way the Chinese abbreviate Veteran. Several emails later my frustration level is now returning to normal as I am dealing with the reality that my money is gone. I will do the obligatory crying to the PA Attorney General's Office but, as it is inevitable, I have spent $34 for a Navy VFN covid 19 mask!

I purchased a pair of boots off them five months ago. I say l purchased but l never received them. They decline any request l make about these. System always goes down. They are thieves and have stolen off a disabled vet. Avoid at all cost, literally

this website is a f.... scam, print on mask are little, you dont see anything, and quality of shirt and hoodie 100% sinthétic and worse quality i ever see. everyone need to put complain.

The only problem i had was the tracking number. They fixed the issue! I do enjoy their logos and templar ware! I would buy more but i get what i can!
