A complete scam. I have had to spend ages trying to receive a full refund back as I was sent the incorrect product and no responsibility has been taken for it. Only to be told 50% will deposited back to me If I pay to send the product back. After multiple emails to Temeras they have only agreed to refund half of what I paid. A total waste of time and money, never again.
You were advertising that they were selling the Starbucks Bearista cups. The picture that they had on the ad was the exact cup that Starbucks was selling. Upon purchasing one cup for $10 they double charge my account and then sent me two cups when I only wanted one. Almost a good thing that I did get two cups because the first one that I put in the dishwasher came out a third the size that it was when I put it in it shrunk considerably not only that the cups that I received weren't even the ones that Starbucks sells The ones that they advertise they were selling had the Starbucks logo on the front of the bear and said Starbucks across the hat. The ones I received did not have those logos and didn't look anything like the Starbucks cups. Upon trying to contact them to return said cups they told me that all sales are final and that I should have done my research before buying the cups. This website is a total scam from what I've read online about other reviews after buying these cups and discovering how shady of a company this is do not buy it from this company they are complete scam artists and will take you for every penny you got. Not only did they take $20 for me for the cups but they also charged me $20 for shipping so I paid $40 for two cups that you can get at the dollar store.
