Product Never Delivered – Sent to the Wrong Country and No Solution
I placed my order with Telesin on November 9, 2025 (Order #TELESIN21945). When the package arrived on December 7, 2025, the main product was missing.
I contacted Telesin the same day, and again on December 8, when they asked for photos. On December 9, 2025, they confirmed that the product had mistakenly not been shipped and promised to send it again.
After multiple follow‑ups on December 11, January 5, and January 12, 2026, I finally received a new tracking number on January 20, 2026.
However, the tracking clearly shows that the shipment was sent to Texas, USA, and on February 4, 2026, it was picked up by an unknown individual at a post office in Giddings, Texas. I live in Denmark and never received anything.
Despite more than three months of waiting, repeated emails, and several promises of resending the product, I still have not received what I paid for. The customer service is slow, unprofessional, and provides no real solutions.
I cannot recommend Telesin.
