My experience with Tele2 has been…

My experience with Tele2 has been extremely disappointing and frankly unacceptable.
Their service is disorganized, unprofessional, and their customer support is shockingly rude. I returned a router and, thankfully, kept the tracking number. Later, when I had internet issues, I contacted them and was first told it was a signal problem that would be fixed. Nothing happened.
When I called again, they suddenly claimed the issue was the router and demanded that I return the “old” one—something I had already done. Instead of checking properly, the agent rudely insisted I was wrong and refused to help or send a replacement.
Only after I read out the tracking (kolli ID) did they finally check—and then admitted that yes, the router had been returned, but “was not visible in their system.” That is not my problem. It clearly shows a complete lack of control, routines, and internal communication.
Being treated this way as a customer is unacceptable. The incompetence combined with the rude attitude makes this one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had.
I strongly advise others to think twice before choosing this company.

Tele2 is a scam company

Tele2 is a scam company, raising prices with no advanced warning, and then when automatic payment fails (because charges are above automatic configured threshold) you send to a debt collector??? For €50 euros??? I emailed customer support before the fact when the pricing went up originally without explanation, asking why and how to fix, and I never received an answer. Totally ignored. In summary, I will never recommend Tele2 to anybody. Actually the opposite. I will warn everybody to never ever user Tele2, because Tele2 is a scam company, scamming loyal clients, then sending a debt collector for €50!! Tele2 should be sent to court!!

15 gadu klientam - bez pakalpojuma sniegšanas grib samaksu

Es vēlos atstāt atsauksmi par šo mobilo sakaru kompāniju, jo mana pieredze ir bijusi vienkārši nepieņemama. Viņi pārtrauca man sniegt pakalpojumus, bet vienlaikus turpina pieprasīt, lai es maksāju rēķinus — arī par tiem mēnešiem, kad pakalpojums netika sniegts. Es vairākkārt esmu viņiem skaidrojusi, ka nesaņemu pakalpojumu jau četrus mēnešus, bet viņi atkārtoti atbild tikai ar “jums ir jāmaksā rēķins” un “šeit jūs varat pārbaudīt rēķinu internetā”. Neviens pat nepiedāvā pārbaudīt, kāpēc pakalpojums nedarbojas, nesniedz nekādus risinājumus vai tehnisko atbalstu.

Viņi uzvedas tā, it kā vienīgais, kas viņus interesē, ir nauda. Uzņēmums reklamē sevi kā klientu interesēs strādājošu, bet patiesībā viņiem pilnīgi vienalga. Esmu dzirdējusi vairākus līdzīgus stāstus, kur cilvēkiem tiek solīts, piemēram, “neierobežots internets”, bet sīkajā drukā izrādās, ka “neierobežots” nozīmē tikai līdz 8GB. Tā ir maldinoša reklāma un neprofesionāla attieksme.

Uzņēmums nav palīdzīgs, ignorē klientu īstās problēmas, un šāda attieksme neatbilst tam, ko viņi paši sola savā mārketingā.

Evaluate carefully, before signing with Tele2

Terms and conditions provide all the power to company and basically none for customer. You might end up in a contract, that Tele2 can change how ever and when ever they want, increasing the price and making terms more and more disadvantageous for you. At the same time you will be charged outrageous amount, if you wish to terminate the contract.
Forget about customer service. You'll get nothing but copy paste template responses.

Their mobile internet is ok, but should also have better service for english speaking customers. Website is only Latvian and Russian.
When i called them, they just hang up the call.
Whe i created contract, they put my address incorrectly
Mobile operators are usually crap, so i dont think there are operators in the world who got 5 stars?
