As soon as I entered the surgery, I was made to feel welcomed by the ladies at reception and was seen by Doctor Beth Howells at the time I was booked in.
I was made to feel at ease with Dr Howells who answered every question I asked in a language which I understood and in detail.
Will definitely visit again.

First visit, Nice clean, welcoming surroundings. Pleasant staff and good chat and care from the doctor. Would be happy to use them again if required.

The appointment started on time. The staff with whom I had contact were pleasant,polite and professional.
Most people don’t like or enjoy going to see the doctor,but the building was well looked after and clean.
The waiting area was comfortable although one didn’t have to wait long. I went to Teifi surgery because I was unable to get an appointment with my own GP even though I was advised by a professional to see a Dr. The consultation was constructive and helpful.

When rang ,Receptionist very helpful, cheerfull ,no waiting to be answered, a choice of appointments given . On arrival greeted by the Receptionist, was asked to sit on a lovely comfortable settee , and then was greeted by the Health care nurse , she was lovely ,did her work perfectly in the treatment room , was chatty ,easy to talk to , had a relaxing time and went away Happy after visit to Teifi Health. I have and will again recommend Teifi Health to my friends etc for their quick service , peace of mind the staff gives and choice of services.

First time seeing Dr Nick Burtenshaw. He was fantastic. Really knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Both my wife and I were very relieved to have seen him quickly and his help today will hopefully alleviate our concerns about my health and point us in the right direction.
