Never recived my order, no refund, no replaying to the emails. Avoid this company
If I could, I would give this site a 0 - it seems to be a scam website.
The item did not arrive and no one replied to follow-up emails which I chased for an update. So far, no refund has been given.
Their chat support feature seems to be an automated chatbot which deletes messages that it has sent you previously.
Scammers! I don’t advise no one to shop with this company! I paid for my order since November 2025, till today didn’t arrived. I sent one thousands emails asking for the order, no response from them. Be aware!

Absolute nightmare
Do not order from this company! It is a scam! Ordered an item that took so long to come that I didn’t need it anymore. Contacted them the day I got it to return and they ghosted me for nearly 2 weeks after contacting them several times and then declined my return! I’m still within the 14 day refund policy aswell even though it’s them that hasn’t responded to my return request! Reported them to trading standards now! My bank are dealing with it. Absolutely despicable!
Ordered Halloween costume for daughter on 1st October for her party on the 26th. Having received no tracking information I chased on the 10th and was advised that it have been dispatched on the 13th.
Her Party has come and gone, and we still didn’t receive our order, so I emailed on the 28th requesting a refund. Still no response and I received an email asking me to review my recent order on the 29th!
The costume in finally delivered on the 30th at 6:30pm but, a whole month after ordering and well outside the 5-14 business days advertised on their website.
I still haven’t received any response to my refund request so I chase again and have been advised that at the order has been delivered, they will not be providing me with a refund.
Having looked on the website, the refund policy clearly states that refunds must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the order.
They have also refused a accept the return which their website states is allowed up to 14 days of receiving the order, which I did on the 8th November and have still not received a response now on the 19th November. Disgusting.
