Great shirt, excellent quality.

I ordered a shirt on 5/29 and it hasn't shipped by June 30. I've contacted them 3 times. Response is order has entered printing process and cannot be canceled. It's been in the printing process for 31 days. This was to be a gift for a friend 2 days ago. They will not refund my money.

Update: My package shipped and was delivered after filing a complaint with the MA Attorney's General Office.

I ordered two Tshirts but when I got my credit card statement they ordered four shirts and charged me $53 extra. I tried emailing, chatting and used every option on their website. It’s a deadend at every try. They are a SCAM for sure.

My experience seems to be the same as everyone else's - order was placed 2 months ago, it has never been shipped. Their "customer service" continually says they will expedite the order every time I request a refund but they will not refund my purchase. Don't buy from them!

Do not order from this company!!! Items were added to my bill when I received confirmation, and though I contacted the company immediately to fix the problem, and several more times within the next few days, the company never responded. And they now refuse to refund the order I did NOT place. Have now had to take this to the credit card company to resolve. Find another place to order personalized items.

This company is a fraud!!!! Don't ever buy from them. I've waiting for a product for mothers day and still haven't received it. They told me that they will give me my money back but they did not do it.

Scam! Do not order from them!!!! I would give no stars for this if I could. I order a pillow for my mom in April and is June and still have not receive my item. The phone number for customer service does not work and I have send emails and no answer. When I check order status in their website it shows printing for the last 2 months and we still have not gotten the pillow. Still waiting and seeing how I can get my money back, no answers. There is no way to comunicate with them after they get your payment.

Do not order from them!!!! I would give no stars for this if I could. The pillow was for Mother’s Day and shipped with the wrong states printed. Update 7/10/2020: the pillow arrived and my mom loves it. I had to file a complaint with PayPal and it came a couple of weeks later. It really is a great pillow but the whole experience was super frustrating.

I GIVE 1 STAR TO GIVE MY REVIEW OTHERWISE NONE. MY DAUGHTER THAT IS A COLLEGE STUDENT ORDER ME A PILLOW FOR MOTHER'S DAY. OK, IT WAS ARRIVED A MONTH LATE NO PROBLEM. BUT AT LEAST GET THE ORDER RIGHT. MY DAUGHTER ORDERED THE STATES FL AND KY ON A MOM PILLOW AND WAS SENT 2 TOTALLY DIFFERENT STATES. SHE IS FURIOUS BECAUSE OF COURSE YOU KNOW $ AS A COLLEGE STUDENT IS SLIM.

I AM CALMER THAN SEE IS BECAUSE YOU CAN'T REACH ANYONE BY PHONE AND THEY AUTOMATICALLY EXPECT COMPLAINT FORMS TO BE COMPLETED BECAUSE THEY DON'T VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS OBVIOUSLY.

Please care/value your customers and correct this wrong.

I ordered a mother's day gift about a month before mother's day. It's now almost the end of June and my mom has not recieved her gift. I have tried emailing and calling the company several times. I get an automated response each time saying the order should ship within 5 days.

Not a good review, first off I ordered a shirt. I ended up get charged for a shirt plus a so called poster for 20.00. I sent a email to the company stating this fact and because it was so called in the print process already I could not cancel. I have not received my original order of a shirt, but I dud just receive this dicky ass so called poster. Do not order from this company total RIP off. I have never evet before left a bad review but this one really got under my skin.

They do not deserve 1 star. I placed an order april 28 and its still processing since april 29. Has not been shipped at all. Customer service is none existent. They just keep submitting claims nothing gets resolved. Should have read these reviews before i made a purchase. Worst purchasing experience ever. Shut your company down if you can not produce the products. So lame. They deserve 0 stars

Don’t order from this company. I ordered something for Mother’s Day at the end of April, they took my money and yet I have heard nothing from them. This is very disappointing! Save you money and buy from another company that will actually give you a product.

Love my WI t-shirt. Great price. Due to the COVID pandemic we are in, my order was very slow in arriving to my house! Ordered at end of April, came 1st part of June. I had not heard from the company, & was unsure where my order was. I’m assuming this was because not many people were working in shipping industry due to COVID??? Other than that shipping issue, I have no complaints! Will order again in the future, when things seem back to “normal.”

I just received half of my order. It was supposed to be for Mother’s Day and I still waiting.

This company is a scam! Absolutely a scam. Do not buy from here. In April I ordered via their website a Mothers day pillow, three weeks later the pillow still did not arrive. The fourth week, the incorrect product arrived and when I filed a complaint, they denied it, telling me they haven't shipped the product yet. After several emails they said they couldn’t do anything about it and would be “3-5 weeks” to ship me a new product. Again, This is a scam.

I have as like many other reviewers had purchased mother's day presents from this company....hoping that my mother would receive the gifts by mother's day. However she did not and I am stuck in the same processing loop as other reviewers. I would recommend to submit a claim on their website to receive a discount. I received a discount off for my merchandise. I just wanted to pass that along.. Maybe it will some of you.

I placed an order on 25 Apr for Mother's Day they said 5-10 days to ship. I even gave a little extra time due to the crisis. They took my money immediately and order processing on 25 Apr. Here we are on 29 May and apparently my order is now "printing". Someone at the company should be made aware of the fact that 34 days is not the promised 5-10 days.
I have tried to contact them via email and by phone, however the folks running this company are very good at not talking with customers. Nothing but recording and preset email forms.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They are in no way whatsoever a good company, not even a bad company. They are closer to scamming you than they are to doing business!!! Next step is to alert FB to these fraudsters!
