I placed my order for a 3 pack of doberman masks on 5/2/2020. On June 23 I received 1 mask. I had ordered a 3 pack but only got 1. So I emailed the company. While there is a number to call, the system is an automated reply system. You can never receive a rep on the phone. I received a generic email reply indicating that my order was still in process and had not shipped.

I replied indicating that i did receive 1 mask so the item was shipped. They replied offering a 50% refund and that they have reported the issue to their production team.

On 6/26 i follwed up asking when the 2 missing masks would be mailed. To which I reived the same generic email reply.

So on July 6, i sent a follow up email asking for a status update. Again another generic reply and thati would receive another email once the product was shipped. I replied saying why do you keep sending me the same reply and not telling me when I should expect my product. Again another canned reply.

Then on July 8th i received an email that my items have been shipped with a tracking number!! YEAH!!!! right??!!! Well then later the same day I received an email saying my package had been delivered?? Huh? how is that? I mean shipped and delivered on the same day? They never once told me which service they used and when I checked DHL , USPS the tracking number provided was not valid.

So when i sent an email this morning, I then was met with a reply that my order had been lost in shipment and that I had to now file a claim? How could it be lost in shipiment when it was just mailed and delivered on the same day? So I had to file a claim now.

While I did receive 50% of my money back, this so sounds like a scam. I loved the mask I got but I just want the other 2 i ordered.

Ordered on 4/25/20 - still have not received items ordered. They send email saying the items will be shipped on 5/27/20, even when the email is in June! They refunded half of the money in June to try to appease me. What a scam. You try to help the economy and look what you get for it - money stolen!

Ordered a mask in May. Waited and waited. Finally contacted company and they did refund half the cost of the mask for the inconvenience. Finally received the mask today July 7. Very poor quality. Poor workmanship. Truly disappointing.

Scammed. No mask. No refund

This company very likely a scam! Their address is 211 N Pennsylvania St. Suite 600 Indianapolis, IN 46204. The SAME address is being used for other companies. I ordered a mask from them weeks ago! Horrible reviews, they don't deliver anything, just take your money. Working on a refund through PayPal. AVOID! Facebook should shut them down!

These masks have no liner! You can see through them! They are completely worthless! Just tried to email them, but without an order number my email would not be submitted!

Stay away from this company! I have received better quality masks from CHINA than from our heart-land Indiana State, USA! They should be ashamed of themselves!

Still waiting for my masks! Was due in May! I have paid...and NO product! Come on people!

I got my purple Chihuahua and Golf face mask. Very Nice products. 🌸👍🏻 It did take a while to get, about 6 weeks. But they did arrive. Thank you.

fake site,we order a mask in March ,now we are almost july and still nothing

I ordered masks on April 29, 2020. To date, I have not received anything. I am lucky, I received a refund. But I never got anything but a auto message regarding Covid-19 and that the masks were on the way. They truly suck.

I was ripped off by this company! I orded a face mask on 5/11/20 & still have not recieved it. They took their money from my account right away. Everytime I email them I get what I think is a generic automatic email. They just take your money & give you nothing. I never thought a company would treat people this way during a pandemic. This company needs to be shut down!!

Like everyone else ordered a mask and received nothing. Got a 10% refund but still waiting. Scam.

Promised 14-21 day shipping is now at 51 days and emails are going unanswered. I think we threw a bit of money away.

Bad people scam,I got same thing ordered 5-08 money taken,filed complaint no tracking number.got complaint red number does no good.emailed several times.last tried track with order number now says can't find that order number.told them I will file criminal mail fraud charges.

I ordered two masks around late April. My card was charged 36.88. I have not contacted them but i am beginning to think i was scammed. That is pretty crappy. Taking advantage of people during a pandemic. I would like the masks that i ordered. People are handmaking masks way faster than this.

Same here.. ordered a mask early May...filed a complaint, claims, emails...2 months later, still no mask.

Ordered masks on 23 March, and still haven’t received the goods. Can’t even get a delivery or even a dispatch date! Tried to cancel my order a week after placing the order but was told the goods were already in the printing process and they couldn’t cancel the order, yet I still haven’t received anything. This Is a fake company which needs to be shut down.

I ordered on May 9 and my card was charged next day. Still have not received. When I put in the order number states not valid but is from my statement. Would never order again! Takes your money and doesn't provide.

I'm with everybody else. I keep getting emails of apology but no products received. Ordered on May 15, they charged my credit card but today June 23 still no products in sight. They keep apologizing but no product.

I agree with everybody else. Terrible company. I placed two separate orders on May 10th. Todays the 21st of June and no product yet. They charged me for both orders but only gave me conformation on one.
