Received our gorgeous grey bunny with a picture of our recently passed dog on it, our dogs favourite toy was her grey bunny so when i seen this advertised i had to get it, the details is fab arrived super fast my little boy loves it and gives it a cuddle every morning and night thank you again

Still waiting for my order to be delivered!!
Placed an order on 7th June. Was told it’ll be delivered by 13th June. Received Royal Mail 24hr tracking number on 10th of June and still today (18th) it’s saying we’re expecting your parcel.
Tracked it on the ‘shop’ app which is saying your order is complete and it’s now disappeared off there.
I’ve emailed a few times with no response!!
I’ve got 2 grieving children who are asking on a daily basis when their teddy's are arriving.
Will not be using this company again. Poor communication and delivery.
Not happy.

Since posting this and opening a case with Klarna (who I paid through) the parcel has suddenly appeared on the Royal Mail tracker and due to be delivered tomorrow.

Great ni issues and was a nice finished product

Poor customer service , ordered bear on 21st May for my wife . Card receipt said 7-10 days for delivery No communications . eventually received an email with royal mail tracking number and note saying it’s on its way on 1st June. Royal Mail have not received any goods . They advise you to use the shop app to track orders. According to that my order shows as complete . No response to any emails or messages sent on social media and it would appear, they only replied after I posted this review. Really disappointed at the delay to this gift which was for my wife. It arrived 06/06/2026 . Product had a large patch of dried glue at the base although this wont ruin the special gift but frustrating and would stop me using this company again.

Absolutely amazing came across this page shortly before my nephew's birthday and really wanted to get him one from his mummy he lost earlier this year I messaged the company asking if it's possible and they went above and beyond to make sure it came not only on time but the next day !!! And the plushie cow we got him which was her fave animal and with thier picture on was gorgeous he will treasure it forever thank you

Bought one of their Angel Bears. Lovely item and good quality.Very pleased with it and the personalisation was spot on. Great communication from them and quick delivery too. Can highly recommend this company.

Absolutely love my purchase. I ordered an orangutan with a message for my mum from my brother we recently lost. She cried when she saw it. It is absolutely beautiful and soft and well made. Would highly recommend this company

Amazing. I ordered 10 different bears in one order. They are all lovely, our grandchildren are going to love them when they are given them on the 1st May from their grandad.

Ordered a bear for my grandchild off his uncle , really easy to order and add text and photos, didn't take long to come and when it did I was blown away by how perfect and beautiful it was , it brought a tear to many eyes , something so special from someone who has sadly passed away , highly recommend this company, I will definitely be ordering more

Getting really worried reading the reviews as I placed an order on 22nd February and have not received anything. I have sent numerous emails simply asking if my teddy is being processed and no communication back I have googled to see if there is a contact phone number, apparently not! How do you get through to this company?

Really worried reading these reviews as i ordered a teddy for my mum as she is absolutely distraught at losing her sister, I have heard nothing even after emailing them , 😩😩
