Awful scam website!!
I paid over $50 for a jacket that is horrible quality and paper thin.
Plastic crap and smells horrible!
Stay away!!!
(Site was Edith & Mae, same scam company from China)

100% a SCAM - DO NOT BUY
The Federal Trade Commission Act protect consumers from false advertising and making deceptive claims. Edith and Mae falsely warrant on their Website that they are a Vancouver based business, with deceptive images of a brick and mortar storefront and further falsely claim that Edith and Mae has been in business for over 3 decades. There has never been an Edith and Mae in any Vancouver, Canada or United States, and their products and business originate China. There products are absolute trash, Their website domain was registered in September 2025. If you research you will see there are several other online shopping companies all with "mae" in the title and they are all scams.

DO NOT BUY HERE! Super bad quality and no way of getting your money back. I returned my 650€ order and no one is answering to my emails!!!! It's horrible!

Item is poor quality and no way to return. The returns email provided does not exist.

The item is nothing like the image / description…totally different colour, style and the material is cheap and frayed at the seams - definitely not worth the £50 price tag. Steer clear from this scam company!

De producten zien er niet uit en ik kan ze ook niet retourneren. Mail werkt niet meer en het is niet mogelijk om contact op te nemen. Weggegooid geld.

Es necesario cerrar esta empresa. Es un fraude, me enviaron un artículo que no se parece en nada al vestido anunciado.
Llevo semanas enviando correos para que me envíen las instrucciones para hacer la devolución . No me paran de poner escudas es una estafa NO COMPRÉIS AQUÍ EL ARTÍCULO ES DE MUY MALA CALIDAD Y ENCIMA NO TE DEJAN HACER DEVOLUCIÓN .

This company needs to be shut down. It is a fraud, they sent me an item that does not look anything like the dress advertised. I packaged it up to send it back to their factory in china (and I had to pay for the return) - receipt of the dress was acknowledged by their team and they still haven't processed a refund. This is a con do not use !!!

This company needs shutting down. They sent me the wrong item. There’s no way to get in contact for a refund as email bounced back. I’ve since seen this being an issue for every one else using the company. What a con do not use !!!

Ho fatto ordine il 19 agosto e fino ad oggi nessuna notizia. Ho letto solo successivamente le recensioni e ho capito di essere stata truffata. Non comprate assolutamente da questo sito...le foto dei vestiti vengono prese da Instagram! Da evitare...

The dress they advertised online was a floor length dress, I received a midi dress with a totally different cut. Material was completely see through - not so in the online version. Very bad quality. Awful returns policy. Email does not even work! Be very careful when buying from this site.

The dresses look nothing like the pictures ( I bought 2). When you want to do a return they stop answering your emails. Very bad business.

I ordered some items after seeing advertised on instagram. No specific delivery timeframe was mentioned at the point of order, but after a week with no communication I received shipment tracking number saying it was on its way from China.
Almost a month later, order arrives and the quality is awful! The fabrics are all very thin and rough, with no labels and visible stitching.
I have attempted to return, by emailing the address on website, however the email address is not found. I will be issuing a charge back from my credit card to obtain a refund.

No customer service - not even an email. I didn't receive my order. Dont ever shop by this eshop its a scam.

I did not receive the dress I ordered. There is no contact information when I went onto the website to return. This company is fraudulent.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. Terrible quality dress, nothing like the pictures. And then I tried to return and their email address on their website does not even exist. Awful.

Do not buy from them.
IT took over a month for the dress to arrive. Unfortunately it did not fit me. I read that you could write them an e-mail and then you would get a refund, but the e.mail doesn't work. The mail you have wrote will never get sendt. It is a big skam. STAY AWAY.

DO NOT BUY!!! After i saw the reviews i tried to contact them and the email that send to me is a fake one you can't reply. You will lose your money
