Multiple issues with this store

Multiple issues with this store. DO NOT BUY FROM THEIR WEBSITE. I don’t know if their in-person store is the same way. “Tech Land is the most trusted computer & electronics retail shop in Bangladesh” is a marketing slogan and nothing else.
Website is slow and buggy
Their website is very slow on mobile. I can’t say much about their desktop site because I never used it. You search for a product and it takes ages to come up. No other computer store website in BD is this slow.
You make your account, place an order, and can’t see the tracking number for your shipped order. They won’t text it to you or show it on the website. The shipping company has to provide it; Techland doesn’t seem to have any responsibility to give the customer a tracking number.
Their “Raise a Complaint” form doesn’t work either. After you fill it in and hit submit (which, again, takes a while to load), it either throws a “website doesn’t exist” error or says “The Complaint Details format is invalid.” Whatever that means.
Call centre unreachable at times
I tried calling them four times in one day, with a substantial gap between each call. The first three times, the IVR gave me options to transfer my call, and each time it disconnected. On the fourth try, I finally got connected. Mind you, this was spread throughout a day, not four consecutive calls, so I was wasting my time just trying to reach them.
Very slow order processing and delivery
Apparently it’s supposed to take 3 to 4 days to deliver, even though the product is in the same city. I could just go and pick it up. I don’t care what kind of logistics they run, but it needs to be better. If I live in Uttara and the product is in the Uttara store, why would you not ship it directly from the store? Why take it back to your warehouse and then ship it from there? It’s burning your money and wasting the customer’s time. Whoever designed this flow didn’t think it through.
Once you pay, you are stuck with them
Here’s where my problems start. Once you buy from them, you can’t return it. Their return policy literally states, and I quote: “Return and refund policy will not be valid for below reasons… I have changed my mind; I don’t want to take it now.”
So once I’ve ordered, I’m basically stuck with them. Say the product I ordered is taking longer than expected. If I go to their store in person, or to a different store, and buy the same product, I can’t cancel my current order if it’s already paid. I called them before they shipped the product, and they couldn’t (or wouldn’t) cancel it because it was already paid for. Then you can’t return it once it’s delivered. So you’re basically stuck. It’s like being held at gunpoint: I have your money, and you will take my product.
Calling the store and support = disaster

I called this number to check if a product was in stock. The person was completely unprofessional. No greeting, nothing. So I asked, “Is this Techland?” He said, “Yes it is. Call later, busy right now.” I said, “Okay,” and ended the call. So I, the customer, am supposed to wait for him? He didn’t even have the decency to call back once he was done being “busy.” Do they want customers or not? I won’t be calling again, and if this person keeps behaving this way, they’ll lose more sales too.
Their support team is no better. When they pick up the phone, there’s no name introduction either. You don’t know who you’re talking to, so I’ll use “he” to refer to this person. There is zero accountability. He tried to argue with me about how he had told me it would take 2 to 3 days, but he never said that. He offered to send me the voicemail as proof. I told him to go ahead and send it. I still haven’t received anything, and I’m confident he never said it, because no timeline was ever given. I don’t think they’re eager to sell anything.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

I’ve ordered from Techland BD a few…

I’ve ordered from Techland BD a few times and they’ve always delivered on time with genuine products. The site is easy to use, and their customer service actually responds—which is rare these days. Would definitely shop again!

Misleading Stock Information – Frustrating Experience

Disappointed with my recent experience at Techland BD. Their website showed a product as in stock, so I placed an order — only to be told later that it was actually out of stock. This kind of misleading information wastes time and builds distrust. If a product isn't available, it shouldn't be shown as in stock. Techland BD really needs to improve their inventory accuracy and communication.
