We used them for years and they were fine when our policy requirements were standard. If you have questions or need quotes from an Insurers they offer other than Hartford, who seem to there go to... Se mere

Easy cost affordable insurance

Easy cost affordable insurance, great service. Holly was great to work with. She was responsive even though it was the holidays and easily addressed my questions. This is my second time purchasing business insurance with Tech Insurance, with a spread of 15 years. Great to see the company is still there to help!

Don't expect a lot immediately after…

Don't expect a lot immediately after the sale if you have questions. I reached out to my sales rep via email (multiple times) and phone (which he has set to call screen) with some post sale questions - literally the day after. No response in email, nor via phone to the voice mail I left him. Two days later, I get an out of office from him and directing me to contact someone else. I don't know any email system that takes two days to respond with an automatic out of office. My advice is to just go direct to the companies listed to seek out your required insurance. Ultimately, I called Hartford directly who were incredibly nice, although unable to help me with my techinsurance/insureon questions or to correct the billing issue. Essentially, I ended up paying more for my policies than was necessary since the rep was somewhat clueless when asked about the payment options.

Top notch customer care

Our rep at Techinsurance is always on top of everything and ready to help. The website is easy to use and navigate, but when we need additional help, we have that readily available, and that is indispensable when we are in the process of negotiating contracts.

I like quick turn around and also…

I like quick turn around and also understanding of my requirements. The thing I don't like that brokrage charges were not disclosed and charged from my card where I thought it was paid for insurance. I don't like this at all.
