Tech GeniuZ Anmeldelser

Zoltan is one of the most knowledgable and high quality client service business regarding Mac support I have had the pleasure of dealing with. I would recommend Zoltan without hesitation.

I had an issue with my iMac and wanted to reformat but didn't go to plan!

I spoke to Zoltan and he quickly identified the issue and also offered some excellent upgrade options to future-proof the computer.

Now it's running great and how it should be. Zoltan is definitely my go-to Mac guy now!

Great and quick service. 10 out of 10
Thank you

Tech GeniuZ (Zoli) is an absolute professional and compassionate about his job. He replaced the old ssd-s of our church computer and mine, it was an outstanding service. The technical (after) care he offers is just superb. Strongly recommended!

Zoltan is a genius! When another shop told me my Mac was dead and I’d lost all my data, he was recommended. He has totally restored it and made it better than new! Highly recommend. Plus, a lovely guy.

Throughout my experience Zoltan has communicated professionally and concisely. He was very considerate in understanding what I required from him and throughout each step ensured that I understood what needed to be done but also gave me the choice on whether to do it or not. I cannot recommend this gentleman enough as I am supremely satisfied with his work.
Thank you!

Fantastic service - quick, friendly and, as some who is less techie, I never felt talked down to or made to feel stupid! Really happy with the results 👍

The service provided by Tech GeniuZ is absolutely exceptional. Zoltan has now repaired two of my iMacs and both times he has gone above and beyond to ensure that I was able to get back to work quickly and efficiently. His depth of knowledge is amazing, and even when the most seemingly complex problems present themselves he is always able to find a solution.

Perhaps the best thing about Zoltan is the fact that he genuinely seems to care about his customers, shown by his commitment to responding to enquiries even when out of office hours. There have been a few times when I have needed his technical help and he has always responded quickly, and with the best service one could ask for. He has performed remote sessions over screen share and offers amazing aftercare.

If you need any help with your Apple computers, you have found the right place. I would highly recommend the exceptional service offered by Tech GeniuZ.

Legend - great service

Zoltan is great - efficient, knowledgeable and totally reliable. He is the best IT expert I’ve ever used. I would recommend Zoltan to anyone!

A true genius. This company really deserves more recognition and praise. I was assisted with building my high spec gaming pc, a solution was found when I had lost all hope. I spend hours trawling through forums and Facebook groups and had no luck. Tech GeniuZ helped me find a solution with exceptional customer service. My pc was working on the same day (and it was a Sunday!). I can recommend this service with 100% confidence for any pc or mac related issues

Great upgrade to my mac. home visit on time, with minimal disruption and max efficiency. good follow up and advice given on the day. Definitely recommend.

Zoltan fixed two of my Mac computers in record time. Great service and a really nice fella.

My experience with Zoltan and his service was excellent! Really efficient and was fixed really quickly, therefore I could be back working on my laptop straight away!
I would recommend his service to anyone!

Zoltan was incredibly helpful, professional and friendly when I needed help repairing a damaged trackpad on my MacBook Pro. When my trackpad suddenly stopped working again 4 months later, I contacted him again and he came back to fix it very promptly, free of charge. I really appreciated this and would recommend him to anyone!

Zoltan did a great job, I'm very happy with the result, I needed the HD on my macbook pro upgraded from 250 to 1TB, after Zoltan transfered all the data from one HD to the other and fitted it, my laptop launched with everything running as normal , I didn't even have to input one password, top notch and seamless, will use again and recommend to all my friends.

I contacted Tech GeniuZ via their website and asked for upgrades to 2 Macs. Both machines had their mechanical hard drives replaced with SSD versions; the processor chip on a 2007 machine was upgraded to enable it to run a later version of the Mac Operating System (Mojave), and the RAM was increased to its maximum 32Gb capacity on a 2015 model.

Zoltan responded very promptly to my initial enquiry, answered all my questions clearly and satisfactorily, quoted a very reasonable price and offered me a home appointment within 48hours.

He arrived on time, was patient, friendly and highly professional. All the work was completed efficiently within the original time estimate, and he sent a follow-up email a few days after the visit to check that everything was still working satisfactorily (it was).

It was a very pleasing and positive experience, and I would have no hesitation in recommending Tech GeniuZ for high quality Apple related service and support.

I would highly recommend Zoltan Tech Genius. He came to my home and fixed my very slow 2017 iMac, now it's a joy to use. Professional, knowledgable and all round good guy. A++ Thanks Zoltan!

Friendly, knowledgable and efficient. Would definitely use again. 👍

Having read all Zoltan's other reviews here, I had no compunction in contacting him to upgrade my 2017 iMac fusion drive to an SSD.

He responded within a few hours to my email, swiftly answered all my questions through a few back and forth messages, helped me with advice on an app to clean out old apps before the upgrade, and ordered the new drive. It arrived quickly and he contacted me straight away, and came round on a Sunday afternoon to do the work.

He is an expert in his work, and also a genuinely friendly and decent person. He wore his mask the whole time he was here too, which may be a relevant thing to mention in these times.

He completed the installation of the new drive, and also the OS upgrade I requested at the same time, ran some checks and was done in 2 hours, leaving the lengthy data transfer from my back up drive in progress. He then followed up with an email overnight to check everything was working as it should.

I would highly recommend him for any computing issues, and will definitely contact him again next time I'm in need of assistance.
