Good company with multiple options to purchase online on discount price

Bonjour je vous écris ce message car Techforallus m'ont envoyé un mail en me disant que si je leur mettez la note de 4/5 et que si j'écrivais un message comme quoi j'étais contente de leur site il me rendrait mes 20€. Je leur ai répondu que c'était du chantage et me dise que c'était leur façon de traiter. Je trouve honteux vicieux dégueulasse de jouer avec les clients. Il a insisté et je lui ai dit que je ne fonctionnait pas comme cela et qu'il pouvait garder l'argent. Comment peut on jouait avec le moral des personnes. En fait je suis en colère. Et écoeuré

Entered into a subscription by mistake. Customer service emailed and returned the fee payment

Fraudulent site they seen to sell products but it is actually a membership. The didn t wanted to refund the money

FRAUDSTERS!
I 'bought' an item I saw on a mobile game advert, and was immediately entered into a subscription and contract without my knowledge or permission with this gang of thieves and also a fake company called Hobbiesmine. When I contacted my bank to get the money credited back to me, they did it. However the thieves immediately re-charged the bank for the money they had 'lost' from me! This is an illegal fake company, they should be tracked down and charged for their crimes, along with their complicite companies, Baluprice & Hobbiesmine.
Beware of all ads on mobile games!

So after a writing a terrible review of these criminals, they attempt to bribe me to give a good review to get my refund! Also, after they scammed me for the first £15, they sent me two further emails saying they will collect over £100 from me next. Clearly criminal (possibly money laundering?).

I entered this membership for the website by mistake.I was trying to purchase something from tiktok shop and made a mistake.The website rehinbursed some of the money I lost.Ive learnt My lesson to be more careful in future before selecting something and reading the info.carefully

This is definitely a fraudulent scheme. They access the card details and debit the money. I have already contacted my bank with a fraud report

DONT use, suspected fraudulent, was charged by a company they now say they dont recognise and then tried to charge me again.

Very misleading. Sending a payment stright after you buy from a different company thinking its a Post package fee! It not it’s a monthly membership. They refused to give me my money back so I'm reporting to my banks FRUDULENT department tommorow ASAP...

The company is customer committed. When I had an issue, they contacted me and swiftly rectified my initial issue.
