Excellent service
Excellent service, Mustapha was able to diagnose the issues with my company desktop PC very quickly, gave a very reasonable cost and completed the work within the time frame he quoted. Very professional and friendly service, I will be using Tech Agents from now on and highly recommend them

Great value Sim only plan
I purchased a SIM-only contract from Tech Agents for nearly a year. The price was extremely competitive compared to other providers. But I don’t like a cap for unlimited data plan.
The customer service team was friendly, and quick to respond to any questions I had. I am really pleased with both the service and the value for money I’ve received. Highly recommend Tech Agents for anyone looking for a great deal on SIM-only plans!

"O2 Unlimited Data & Unlimited Calls &…
"O2 Unlimited Data & Unlimited Calls & Text + EU Roaming".I purchased the above-mentioned only sim plan that comes with just to find out that "Unlimited" has a different meaning limited to 650GB average per month, called "fair usage policy " that so-called TechAgents are trethening with downgrade or suspension of the account. I find this very disappointing. The above-mentioned company shows a lack of professionalism because nobody has mentioned this when purchasing this plan it should be at least mentioned that you have a cap of XYZ. not "Unlimited" which means no cap. :(
