Honest,Trustworthy, very very knowledgible-bith from the sales side and the technical support.
My computer broke just 3 days before I was about to go to India on a six week lecture tour . I travelled from Northumberland, north of Newcastle, all the way to Newport,South Wales and they solved all my problems with professionalism and kindness and consideration.
Tech Trade fixed it -absolutely fantastic!
They have NEVER tried the hard sell, in fact when I considered trading in my mac laptop for another one -mine had gone for a screen repair- they said that mine was a very good machine and that I couldn't better it at that time .
It would have been so easy, to write it off.
Also they were VERY fair in a part exchange .IN addition they spent over six hours transferring my data to the new laptop-working past closing time.
Repairs-Brilliant system-Computer collect from home and taken to workshop by DHL or equivalent-so no need to go to Post Office.
Returned promptly.
I have been using and recommending Tech Trade to many people for many years.

Bought a”Gold quality”MacBook Air for £200 and opted for next day delivery. I’m not sure what I was expecting for a “cheap laptop”
It arrived via DPD the next day, well packed and the condition is like New. Very pleased with it and the service from Tech.Trade was perfect. I have no hesitation in recommending them and their products.

Hadn't heard of Tech Trade before but really impressed. Was after an upgrade to a larger screen and more storage - found one at a great price. Quick dispatch and delivery. Really pleased with the new machine - it's a Bronze one so not perfect cosmetically, but much better than I would have expected. Works like a dream. Would happily recommend!

I called Tech Trade and exolained the computer i was looking at purchasing for my accounting purposes. The person I spoke to was efficient and quick. I paid £5 next day delivery. Well packaged and in excellent condition which is as described on the 'ĝold grade'. I had to purchase MS Office and download OS Ventura. Im just so glad i can now do my accounts on a 21" screen. Plus comes with 12 months warranty if there are any issues in thst time... definitely Recommended 😍

Outstanding Deal and Like-New MacBook Pro from Tech Trade
Honestly, buying my MacBook Pro from Tech Trade was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I initially planned to purchase from another site, Hoxton Macs, and I had already opened an account with them. However, when I came across Tech Trade and saw their incredible pricing, I decided to buy from them at the last minute.
I originally chose a Gold grade model, but in all honesty, the MacBook looks absolutely pristine—like brand new. The battery health is at 100%, and the battery cycle count is extremely low (2). It genuinely makes me wonder if this is actually a new Mac.
Thank you so much for this amazing purchase. I bought it as a birthday gift to myself, which is why I decided to leave this review today.

The picture of the iMac on the website…
The picture of the iMac on the website was not the colour that turned up which was fine mistakes happened so I needed up returning the item immediately and found a version somewhere else for the exact same model with quicker delivery whilst I waited for my refund however a week past and I still hadn’t heard back from them even though the parcel had arrived with them a while ago. So I contacted my bank with all the evidence and they reached out to the merchant to try and get them to issue the refund however they didn’t respond so my bank is now currently having to sort it out themselves. Absolutely appalling as the shipping and product was perfect when it arrived

The iMac ordered was pink, the product description clearly stated pink, and the device supplied was pink, exactly as advertised. Despite this, we arranged a return at our own cost as a goodwill gesture.
For clarity on timings:
• The order was placed on 12th February and shipped the same day
• Collection was arranged on 15th February
• The device was received back with us on Friday 16th
• It was checked and processed on Tuesday 20th ( We dont work weekends)
• The refund was issued on Wednesday 21st
At no point did we receive contact from your bank, nor was any chargeback or dispute opened with us. The refund was processed in line with our normal procedures and within a reasonable timeframe.
We always aim to be fair, transparent, and responsive, and we’re disappointed to see a 1-star review based on information that is simply incorrect — particularly when the product, delivery speed, and return collection were all handled promptly and professionally.
