I ordered a Teasy ball for my grand-kitten. Unfortunately it arrived broken. I contacted Teasys and along with a photo I requested a replacement. They responded promptly and sent a new teasy. Fun for us to watch the antics of an active kitten.

My kitty loves his new toys, got two, one on charge while he entertains him till he gets worn out. Probably should have gotten two more, thanks great fun for all.

The perfect cat toy! My cats love it. It's amazing how it keeps them entertained. I love that it will start automatically. Delivery was fast too.

I like the mouse-esque toy. It does cleverly avoid most things. However, when it comes in contact with any leg on my furniture the wheel becomes lodged. I’ve had to get up and move it fairly frequently. It also seems to shut down quickly. That being said, I have not read any in-depth directions. No in-depth instructions were included nor have I yet looked them up online, so I’m not sure if I’m using the mouse to its full capabilities. The design is clever and my cat does seem to enjoy, just wish the design could be tweaked a little.

Product works extremely well. Bought as a gift and it is a big hit for the family and the cats. Package was damaged, product was not affected. Very satisfied with my purchase. I would purchase again and recommend it for your cats.

Great toy and cats love it. Only issue is that it keeps getting lost under furniture and they have to wait for me to find it. Wish there was an easy way to locate it when it's asleep.

The Teazys cat toys arrived when promised and my cats are enjoying them thoroughly. They are simple to charge up and use the settings so they will start up whenever one of the cats touches them. Thank you for a great interactive cat toy that gets my kitties moving and having fun!

Our three cats go crazy over the Teazy ball. It's fast, it's jerky, it's unpredictable and truly "teasing" to our furbabes. It's the best toy they have ever had.

This review is about the mist brush and the 2.0 ball.
The products arrived in good time. Both work well.
My cat loves the mist brush - she asks for it each day now. It gets so much hair out and she feels so silky.
The ball entertains her somewhat. She follows it around staring at it but does not interact. Still, she seems to enjoy watching it.
The only issue was with the ball in that one of the 2 tails included has already broken.

The toy keeps the attention of our cats very well, but the worm style tail is not very durable and was practically destroyed after 15mins of use. I am running it without the tail, but the toy is not as effective in running around. If they offered replacement tails on their site, I would have ordered extras along with the toys as they have a specialized attachment which is not compatible with other toy worm style tails.

I think this is a good improvement on you previous model. It's works really well and the catz really love it.
I hope you can make the rechargeable battery to last a little longer in your next upgrade. That would be really awesome!!!

My young cat Eartha Katt enjoys her speedy Sprint ball and will chase it until the charge runs out. It's one of her favorite toys. Ah, if only it squeaked.

The Teazys are definitely not as noisy as the previous products. But their batteries don’t last as long.
