Besvarelse fra Teardrop Banner Flags
Hi Kathryn,
We’ve asked several times for video or photo evidence of the issues you mentioned, but we haven’t received anything. From the moment you first reached out, we assisted promptly — including outside business hours. We also have clear photos from all angles showing the media wall was assembled correctly and fully functional before it was dispatched. To help meet your timeline, we even covered the $99+gst same-day courier cost and sent the hardware out early.
We also produced your teardrops, tablecloths, and media wall, and you left 1-star reviews for the teardrop and tablecloth despite having no concerns raised about those products at any stage.
