Unpleasant and Unnerving Experience

I had a very unpleasant experience with TeaFlight.com. After purchasing my tickets, I was notified that two emails had been sent:

1. a receipt as proof of payment, and

2. a ticket issuance / booking confirmation.

I did not receive either email.

I contacted customer service and was asked to provide additional details, which I did promptly. After that, I received no response. I followed up with three additional emails over the span of a week, but still received no reply or guidance.

As of January 7, I am still waiting for a response. This lack of communication is extremely unnerving, especially when it involves flight tickets and payment. The experience has been stressful and far from reassuring.

Customer service and communication clearly need serious improvement.

I booked a round-trip JAL flight from Tokyo to Okayama.
The website showed both the outbound and return flights as already issued, but when I tried to board the flight from Okayama Airport on the way back, my name was not on the JAL reservation list. When JAL looked up the itinerary number sent to me by TeaFlight, they found it as a CathayPacific award ticket and told me that the ticket had been already checked in. Whose miles did they use to issue the ticket? The TeaFlight support phone number provided in Japan was no longer in service! I was unable to make any inquiries. I will never use their services again!

After completing my booking, I did not receive any booking confirmation email.
Even after contacting customer support, it took five days to receive a response, and all I received was a basic booking confirmation document. There was no information about seat details, and I was unable to make any changes.

Additionally, I paid to add checked baggage in advance, but later I was told that the baggage had not been added at all.
The lack of consistency and clarity made this experience very stressful, and I do not feel this is a reliable company.

If you are only looking for the cheapest option and are willing to accept potential problems, this service may work for you.
However, if you want your trip to end smoothly and without stress, I would strongly recommend choosing a different provider, even if it costs more.

Booked a flight with this company . The tickets said pending and within ten minutes it cancelled my ticket. They took payment. Trying to get my money back. I've emailed them twice but no response.

Legit option. Teaflight sent my ticket under 2 hours. Had to call support for an extra : the call was connected under 3 minutes and the agent was very professional. Quite a contrast from the reviews on here. Recommended.

I bought a ticket, received the confirmation booking number but still didn't get the tickets.
The confirmation number doesn't work in the air company.

I had a very poor experience with TEAFLIGHT.COM and believe this company operates in a scam-like manner.

I booked a flight and received a booking reference, but when I tried to check in with the airline, the reference was invalid and the airline could not locate any booking. The service I paid for was never provided.

There was no effective customer support, and I was unable to get assistance to resolve the issue. Because the booking was unusable, my wife and I were forced to urgently purchase new tickets at a much higher price to meet work commitments.

Taking payment and issuing an invalid booking without providing the promised service is unacceptable and misleading.
And refused to refund too please don't book a ticket from tea flight.

They must pay Skyscanner a big commission, as I don't understand how it listed as "Recommended ".

Awful company, issued me a ticket without luggage (23kg).

They still refuse to rectify and keep trying to send me same wrong ticket.

Will have to do a backcharge with bank to get my money back.

Was worried initially due to the reviews. Fortunately, the ticket is legit and managed to do online checkin with my airline. Just make sure to double check the flight itinerary with the airline support as well. Overall, teaflight seem like its not a scam from what I experienced. Perhaps they might just take some time to reply the support with booking issues so take note.

The worst third party booking provider I have ever dealt with. So, a brief summary of my experience. Booked a return flight for 2 passengers from MEL to OOL. Paid. Hours later got emails with e-ticket number/PNR. Went to manage booking on the airline website. One e-ticket number worked and I could see our flight (the return flight). The e-ticket number for the first flight was incorrect. Called Teaflight at lunch time today. Was told they will look into it and call me. As I hadn't received a call back, I called when I got home from work around 7 hours later (2nd call). Was told they are still looking into it and suggested to wait 24 hours. Called airline. They couldn't find us on the first flight. Called Teaflight a third time. Finally got a working e-ticket number. Went to manage booking on airline website. Passenger names are different (no middle name) to the names on the return flight (middle names included). My son is stated as an adult on the first flight even though he is stated as a child on the return flight. Airline said the tickets for the first flight aren't paid for. Rang Teaflight a fourth time today and was told that they need to call the booking agency and can I please call back in 20 minutes as they are working on it. Received a call from the manager on a Singapore mobile who said that they will aim to resolve it by tomorrow. Made an excuse that the payment wasn't accepted by the airline - even though the second flight is paid for. All in all, an absolutely horrible experience riddled with mistakes and questionable conduct. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE never us this company! Even if the ticket is much cheaper, you will regret it later. I travel often and use third party providers regularly, however, I have never used Teaflight before and never will ever again. They are shockingly hopeless and have caused so much frustration and wasted time.

Booked, and they provided me with an acknowledgment right away. Emailed the e-ticket within the day. The customer service is responsive.

Paid for 3 return flight tickets. Return legs were issued and valid. Outbound legs were never issued - fake PNR, airline had no record. Teaflight stalled for days with "still checking with ticket office" emails. Avoid at all costs.

Tea flight. Com scammers. They cheat more money from customers.please don’t book in this website.
If you cancel or change booking they will deduct half of your ticket money.
I booked for my mother two way ticket, my father died on November 1 st. As per Hindu customs she can’t travel for 1 year.
Because of these unexpected situation I asked them to cancel. I booked for 481 $ they only agreed to refund 218$ .
So please don’t book via these website.

Lousy customer service..no response..Push blame away...NONONO to this service/platform... 1 star is the minimum i can go...I would give a 0 star review...they dont even deserve any star...

Very unpleasant experience, booked an expensive ticket but wouldn't allow me for refund when my trip change, wouldn't help negoiate with the plane company.

SCAM !!!! right after i booked a flight and payed they emailed me FAILED TO ISSUE TICKET and the money will be refunded through the original payment method but until now i didnt receive any !! been trying to email them but not replies 🫩

and i badly needed that money to book a new one

Ok guys, I’ve seen a lot of negative comments, and honestly I was also a bit hesitant to go with them. Given the high ticket cost in other platform, I decided to take a chance because I also saw many positive reviews.

My overall experience has actually been genuinely good. I booked two tickets under separate bookings and the process was smooth. On one of the tickets, the date of birth was swapped, but I called the airline directly and they corrected it without any issue. I called their customer service and they were very polite. They assured me that the DOB change wasn’t a big issue, and they even called me back within the 4 hours they promised.

They take your booking first and then need some time (for me it was within 24 hours) to provide the confirmation code or the airline booking reference. I’m not sure how their backend works, but they do complete it in the end. My trip was from Singapore to India

I booked a flight with VietJet Air through teaflight.com. When I attempted to check in online, the website could not find my booking reference, which honestly made me quite scared.

I immediately reached out to both teaflight.com and the airline. While the airline did not reply, VietJet Air's response was absolutely outstanding! They called me immediately after reading my email and took quite some time (around 10 minutes) to talk the situation through with me.

They were able to check me in and promptly sent me the boarding passes via email afterwards.

I believe the core issue was with the airline, as I was in Thailand and was automatically redirected to the VietJet Air Thailand page where I could not check in. I needed to use the international VietJet Air page instead.

Regardless, the swift reaction and the exceptional phone service from teaflight.com —prompted by my booking query—was superb.

This company operates like a scam. When booking the ticket, they reversed my first and last name, and when I requested a correction, they tried to charge an unreasonable fee (even though the airline confirmed that no fee was required).
After multiple attempts to resolve the issue, Teaflight consistently failed to provide any satisfactory service. I eventually had no choice but to request a refund.
However, not only did Teaflight refuse to clearly disclose the refund amount, they even demanded a hefty processing fee upfront. This is essentially a fraudulent platform.

FLight ticket was not issued and no refund given. Emailed them but no reply.
Called them but the phone number is not working
