Fast delivery, wonderful flavor
I first purchased from Tea2you while on a trip to London. The more I drank the tea when I returned home, the more I loved it. I had to order more! My order was shipped the day after I placed my order. It arrived promptly and is just as wonderful as my original purchase. They even provided me a sample of a different flavor to try. I will definitely order again in the future.

It arrived promptly
It arrived promptly. The paper bags holding the tealeaves were a bit of a surprise as they seemed rather flimsy in comparison with the former plastic bag which was re-sealable, which was always helpful. Presumably the change is due to needing to use less plastic. But the tea itself is very good indeed.

We still use our resealabe bags (now recyclable) for a lot of our teas, but sometimes depending on the quantity or size of the leaves the paper bag fits better. We never want to crush your precious tea when we're packing. Glad to hear you are loving your tea and thank you for your feedback!

Wonderfully aromatic, flavorful teas
I experienced Tea2you while at Borough Market in London.
When I came home I had to have more of their wonderful teas. This is my second order. Online ordering is easy and delivery to the states is fast.

Fabulous service and wonderful selection of teas!
We first bought tea from Tea2you after visiting their tea shop in Borough Market and when we discovered them online we were so happy! The online service is amazing - not only was delivery fast but the range of teas is incredible. I was thrilled to find a handwritten note inside our tea delivery, along with a sample of tea we hadn’t tried before - what a bonus! Customer service and the quality of the tea is why we won’t buy our teas anywhere else. Thanks for such an amazing service!

Shipping was not free, a cost of 5,8 euro to get from post-office, (plus 9 euro of customs charges).

Dear Giuseppe,
Our sincerest apologies. We do prepay customs for most EU countries, however we are unable to pay through our courier for Italy. As far as the post office cost, that is unusual as we have already paid a shipping charge. We have raised the issue with Royal Mail to try and figure out what's happened. Due to Brexit and changing rules it has been notoriously difficult to ship to Italy and we are doing our best to stop our customers from paying extra fees.

This is my second time ordering from this lovely tea shop. I love the website, the ease of ordering and the prompt delivery. My parcel arrived today and I was eager to taste my favourite tea again. However, I stumbled across a handwritten note and a sample package with a recommendation on, so my favourite tea had to wait while I sampled this new gem I had been gifted.
