Town & Country Property Auctions Anmeldelser

Town and country and especially Paul Davies were great though our rather complex purchase of our property. Communication and clarity were fantastic throughout and would definitely recommend.

We had the pleasure of dealing with Hugh Jones from Town & County, South Wales. We had a very enjoyable viewing with Hugh. What a lovely, chatty person he was. Readily answered all questions and was very forthcoming with additional information. Kept us informed through the whole buying process, answered all emails and text messages very promptly, couldn’t have wished for a better experience. Highly recommended for sure.

Dealt with Paul Davies from T&C property auctions.
Our first property purchase from Auction. Right from the first viewing to completion nothing was too much trouble. I could pick up the phone and speak to Paul if I had a question or if he was out and about I would email and always got back promptly.
Helped get the deal over the line when solicitors stopped communicating - I cannot recommend Paul and the staff at T & C PA enough. I will definitley be using again. Thanks

Great communication and advice received from Paul.
He helped us with the process of selling my late father’s properties via auction. Have never sold via auction before and Paul talked us through it all.
Would definitely recommend.

Thanks to Paul Davies and his knowledge and guidance at the start of the process, we put our house up for auction and it sold prior to the auction date. Paul kept us informed of all offers and what was going on whilst we debated and accepted the best offer for a speedy sale. Everything then went really smoothly to completion. Thank you, Paul.

Paul & the team were brilliant throughout our experience with first time buying. Any questions were answered promptly. Can’t recommend them enough! Thank you for everything.

Great service and support from Paul Davies at T&C auctions. Connected us with a buyer within days of the property being listed for auction, and a pre-auction offer was made and accepted very quickly Even when things were severely delayed due to the failures of others involved in the process, Paul went out of his way to help us to keep things on track and push the sale along. Highly recommended.

Town & Country were exceptional during our property sale. All our questions were answered very promptly in a friendly & proffesional manner.
Special mention to Paul Davies who went above & beyond.

Always courteous, considerate and professional. Didn't push me to make the sale. Always there to answer my questions and did so very promptly.

After failing to sell our property for a number of years through an estate agents, we contacted Town and Country who were happy to help and confident for a successful sale.
We spoke with Geoff who has so much knowledge, and he was able to talk us through the auction process and explain what we could expect.
Once we accepted a pre auction offer Paul dealt with everything and we couldn’t have been happier with the process.

Paul from the Chester and North Wales office was always quick to answer mails and ensured potential buyers were able to view at a time convenient for them. Great personalized service. Thank you for getting our distressed property sold.

Rang up on behalf of a disabiled person to make an appointment for them to view a Southport property. Answered by a 'know-it-all' "I can see you're not regerstered to bid, we have no appointments to view for persons not registered." This carried on for 2 more minutes until I said "so the answer is you have no viewings, thank you goodbye". Then she rings me back to basically contradict everything she just lied to me about. Unfortunately I then got angry because she absolutely was just making stuff up and was clearly not listening to me. Town and Country please stop hiring older dishonest women with power issues to answer the phone.

We had such a great experience with town and country south Wales! Dewi was brilliant, answered all of my questions and their were a fair few! He was realistic and honest, something you don't get when trying to sell your home with regular estate agents! We got a sale for our property very quickly before auction which allowed us to buy our dream forever home for our family! We completed and moved in last week! We can't thank him and the company enough! Highly recommended!

From a buyers prospective, a very easy process from start to finish. Paul and his team were always prompt to answer questions and help in whichever way they could. Clear and concise information given which was very much appreciated.

I can highly recommend Town and Country when selling a property by auction. Paul was amazing and made the entire process of selling my parent’s house as stress free as possible guiding me throughout the process. Paul was responsive and understanding of my circumstances. Thank you Paul your help and advice is much appreciated at this difficult time. I have no hesitation in recommending town and country.

Good advice but letting you take the decisions.
Transparant in costs and the way they work.
Accurate and timely respons.
We live abroad, so we had to look for somebody who could sell our house and take care of all the details. Our goal was a reasonable price and above all a smooth procedure. Town & Country was a big help in this.

Great advice, Paul listened to what I wanted, offered good advice and as a result the sale was achieved quickly. Great service and communication. Diolch yn fawr.

Paul was very approachable from first off and also very reliable. Always honest with us and extremely accommodating and helpful as this was a first using Auction to sell. Everything went smoothly and we would not hesitate to use this company again if ever the need should arise.
