TC Matthews exceeded my expectations with their flooring products. The materials feel premium, and the finished look in my home is fantastic. Even from the U.S., I found their service reliable and helpful. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their space with quality flooring.

Have tried numerous times for TC Matthews to fix floors that were fitted by their recommended fitter that came apart shortly after fitting. TC state they were laid wrong while fitter states its impossible to fit them wrong. Neither will take ownership so I am left put of pocket. Very disappointed with the follow up service

Wayne of Walkinstown Branch helped me recently. I found him professional, efficient and very personable. Our carpets were delivered and fitted in a timely fashion and Wayne was always at the other end of the phone when needed. Very happy with the service.

Just had carpet laid from TC Matthews in Walkinstown. I dealt with Wayne in the shop he was excellent, very quick getting back to me with a quote too. He was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. We will definitely use them again for any future carpets. The guys that laid the carpet were excellent very quick and efficient. I’m more than happy with the result.

very easy to deal with - quick turn around from order to fitting, TC Matthews took away the old carpet and fitted the new one - job was very neat and we're delighted with the new one.

Have purchased carpet for several areas of our home from Bridget in Drogheda over the past few years. Customer service from Bridget is excellent. She is very knowledgable and helpful and her advice on the carpets for the various rooms was great. We have never had any issues with schedule - all the fitters come on time, are polite and do a super job. Had a bedroom carpet fitted this week and the same excellent service from Bridget as well as Joe the fitter.

I have recently spent 10K on supply and fit Amtico tiles. The fitter didn't finish the job to acceptable standard, he did run on holidays. Local shop salesperson in DunLaoghaire promised to resolve it, but constantly changes the dates, job still not done. I have got in touch with local area manager , we have exchamged one email describing the issue, one

and she decided to turn on "automatic reply on her email box', IF THIS IS THE WAY HOW PEOPLE TREATS YOU , than thank you very much, never again! Do not pay in full, always at the end of the project. I will chase them to fulfill their promise, I have nothing to loose, in fact it'll be fun seeing them in the court, as we the clients have our rights to.

We bought our stairs & landing carpet from James in Malahide. James was extremely helpful in all our dealings with him. He gave us many samples of carpets to take away to match up with furniture. Fitting was arranged to suit holidays & the lads very professional & helpful. As a result of our experience we went back to James for our sitting room carpet.

From the start I found the team at TC Matthew’s to be very helpful and professional. Caroline in the City Quay office ensured we had our carpets and laminate flooring installed on schedule, Lorcan and his colleague did a brilliant job on the carpets. Sam and his colleague were also highly skilled and professional with my laminate flooring, really impressed. I’d highly recommend TC Matthew’s based on my experience.

Bought 16 boxes of laminate flooring. Opened two boxes to get a decent variation of the colour and design.
Cut and laid 4 pieces and the end 'lugs' of all four pieces broke off. This means there would be movement and gaps in the floor. Returned the 16 boxes and they only accepted 14 boxes back and I was only reimbursed for the 14 unopened ones. In other words I was refused full reimbursement on a faulty product. One of the boxes they refused to reimburse even had all whole pieces in it. They simply refused payment because it was opened. Would not consider this shop for any product in future.
