Lovely touch when my order arrived, I had a lovely complimentary room spray, which smells amazing and a little chocolate bar 😊 Little touches like this make such a difference and I will definitely use again

Excellent service and great paint
Bought 2 end of line pots after looking for a long time for the right colour. Unfortunately they were lost in transit by Royal Mail. I contacted the shop and Carl went out of his way to help, offering a couple of solutions. He managed to find 2 replacement pots (one larger than I ordered but charged the same price) and dispatched them immediately. It’s not so easy to get such good service these days and I really appreciated it. The paint is lovely too - I’m glad I opted for the replacement.
