Excellent customer service, items arrived very quickly and in perfect condition. Will definitely be using them again when I need anymore Magic the Gathering cards/decks. So nice to find a seller that isn't marking everything up to insane prices.
Thank you!

I ordered some Pokemon cards and they all arrived safely in great condition and wrapped nicely in bubble wrap! Great experience shopping here

Great price on products and I had ordered it fairly early and wasn’t expecting it for a few days at least but came the next day. Item was very well packed and I’d definitely purchase again from this seller

Delivered on time, in good condition and with a lovely personal note!

Brilliant prices and fast shipping will definitely be buying from again! ❤️

Had a little issue with the payment and emailed about it. Owner emailed back personally, very quickly and could not have been more helpful. The item i ordered also arrived within a couple of days and was an unbelievably good deal. Customer for life I reckon.

I recently purchased two Elite Trainer Boxes from tcgdragon.co.uk and couldn’t be happier with the experience! Both ETBs arrived in perfect condition, and the delivery was impressively fast. Communication throughout the process was straightforward and reassuring, which made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.

It’s always great to find a reliable and trustworthy site for Pokemon TCG products and TCG Dragon has definitely earned my repeat business. I’ll absolutely be shopping with them again!

Got my pokemon ETB within 2 days, the written thankyou from Fran was a nice touch too, wicked company will definitely order again

I found TCG Dragon to be the only store stocking the product I need (a preconstructed commander deck) out of all the stores I checked.

The price was very good and delivery was incredibly fast. I'll be checking TCG Dragon first from now on.

Speedy and as described at a great price!

Fast delivery and well packaged

This company is a RARE GEM. I cannot remember the last time I have had such amazing customer service. Last night Royal Mail messedup with my parcel, upsetting as it was for my husbands birthday and I have just been scared they will sell out of that pokemon set! Not the best or easiest to contact Royal Mail, but Casper at TCG was just so amazing. He replied quickly, super kind, supportive and understanding, everything I told him he relayed back to Royal Mail and kept me updated. It is a bad sign when I can't remember the last time a company had been this nice and helpful to me. With missing parcels usually the problem becomes the purchaser but Casper just took the weight off my shoulders, they gave me a full refund and also when I ordered again they put the parcel to be signed for. I am just so thankful, money is scarce sometimes and I was upset and worried, and its just so amazing when a company isn't just trying to squeeze every penny and TCG actually care. Huge thanks, I am looking forward to watching my partner open some packs, I will definitely be ordering more for myself!!

Amazing company, have been so nice and polite, and leave personal messages from deliveries which makes it feel even more personal.
Highly recommend
