No stars! Awful. Booked via app day before. Taxi did not show up. No message. Phoned and they said no drivers! Ridiculous! Lady I spoke to was very nice and apologetic but still missed my train. There's me thinking that if you book a taxi in advance a driver would be allocated ! AVOID

Had a booking to get my husband in to hospital for admission for surgery. Made day before on app, all confirmed. Car did not show up, when i contacted them they claimed it was through another operator, but it was booked through tc cars app and tc cars took the money from the credit card!! Still insisted i contacted another operator, complete cowboys, nearly cost my husband spinal surgery he has waited a year for. AVOID.....EDIT after saying i was going to contact the credit cards fraud department they miraculously "found" the booking and refunded me. AVOID THEM. THEY ARE NOTHING SHORT OF SCAMMERS.

Don’t use this cowboy taxi company. Recently I have booked and confirmed 2 taxis, which didn’t turn up. When I called they said there were no available drivers. Useless!!!!

If I could give them zero stars I would. Appalling service. I would heavily suggest you avoid this company at all costs!!

Have used this company before when booking shows with no problems.
Today I have tried to book a taxi for Saturday night to take 4 passengers to a show only to be told that you are no longer taking bookings for a Saturday night.
I was advised to call 30 minutes before requiring a taxi on the day.
This is not ideal as if no taxis are available at the time I will miss the show.
It’s ridiculous that you are not taking bookings I have since booked a taxi for Saturday with another local company and will be using this company in the future

Booked a taxi with the automated phone system (you cant speak to a person). System confirmed collection for 5am the next moring to the airport, aprox 5miles away.
5am no taxi, called the number and was told by the computer no drivers available and no idea how long it will take to get one.
So me and my son left needing to get a taxi for a flight at 5am.
Ended up getting an Uber within 15mins and it cost half the estimated price of the taxi.
What a poor way to run a business and I would never try to us this company again.

Would give this company No stars if I could…..phoned on the Saturday to book a taxi for a hospital appointment on the Monday….. the person said no problem and when they hadn’t shown up for the arranged time I called for the automated voice to tell me they were trying to find a driver….. I called on another phone as this is the only way you get to speak to a human and this time I was informed they don’t pick up in my area. What an absolute joke this company is…..I asked to speak to a manager only to be told they were in a meeting but would ring me back. when my partner rang over an hour later the people masquerading as managers (even if they exist) were still in a meeting…..funny that. This was a hospital appointment something that couldn’t be missed … please don’t go anywhere near them

Phone again told sorry been busy will be 7/8 minutes
They just lie to you FACT
i could of walked home in the tine i waited for a taxi !
And if i was a woman on my own outside the pub with no one there anything could of happened !
They are liers who dont give 2 thoughts about thier customers safety

Complete waste of time. Called a couple of weeks ago to check that they could do a car for 6 people from a wedding reception to nearby hotel - journey of a couple of miles. Told absolutely no problem, no need to pre-book, as they provide a 24 hour service. So, called at midnight to be told taxi would take around 20 minutes, which was perfect. Driver called about 10 minutes later to say he was about 2 minutes away. Waited another 20 minutes, no sign. As their system recognised my booking it wouldn’t let me speak to an operator, as the automated system said that they were searching for a driver. Used another phone to call to be told that ‘the driver who was on his way to you rejected the job’. Operator went on to say that there was nobody else available with a 6 seater, so I asked her to send 2 normal cars. She replied to say no need for that, she’d get someone to us in the next 15 minutes. Guess what - 15 minutes later and nothing. Booked an Uber, which arrived in about 10 minutes. As the Uber arrived, driver from TC called to say he was about 2 minutes away. Told him that they’d told me that before and that I’d booked an Uber, which was about to arrive. He didn’t seem in the slightest bothered, which, if I were of a suspicious nature, might make you think that neither driver was really 2 minutes away. Avoid.
